As I dropped my hubby off to get his car my cars check engine light came on and it bogged down and stayed in 3rd gear and really wasn't moving. I turned my car back around and went back to the shop. I looked at my mechanic and asked him if he could check my car code ...no issues from him ,he grab his machine and hooked it up I had 3 codes. He also took it for a drive (and of course ) nothing happened when we went for a ride. He said I could bring it back anytime and he would take care of me. I have more confidence in this place then any places I have ever gone because they have been honest with me on what I need done and what can wait and that's the type of people I want to deal with! The worst Caliber Collision we have ever been to. This is a State Farm approved shop which is the…read morereason our vehicle was taken here for repairs. The vehicle was suppose to have been ready May 26, this is after weeks of delay as Caliber collision had notified my husband they could not match the color of the suv and needed to repaint it. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle he was told that our suv was still not ready and needed additional work. This now meant that we had to wait until Tuesday May 30th after Memorial Day as the shop was closed Monday for Memorial Day. No problem, we left the car. I'd like to note I walked into the shop with my husband where we were met by an extremely rude old woman working with short blonde/copper hair. We let her have her attitude and I thought maybe she was upset because they were getting ready to close. On Tuesday we called to pick up the vehicle and were told that it wasn't ready and needed an additional day to get the windows tinted. As we were pressed on time we decided we would go ahead and tint the vehicle ourselves. My husband notified the shop he would be picking up the vehicle and once we arrived the rude lady said "it's not ready, they are cleaning the car and we will let you know when to pick it up." Again, no problem, we left and came back when they called. Upon inspection of the vehicle it was evident that the repair was not accurate as the front bumper was protruding outwards and the vehicle was not cleaned as the rude lady stated. My husband was told there was nothing to be done about it but they would see what they could do if we left the suv for an additional day. Again, we left the vehicle. Today May 31st my husband went into the shop to finally pick up our car and upon walking in the same rude old lady makes a comment "oh he's back again". Our insurance issues payment of $30,000 to Caliber Collision for the repairs of course my husband was going to "be back again" to inspect and make sure our car was repaired correctly as it should have been initially. All in all this was a terrible experience and lady in the front if you're going to elect to work a front desk receptionist position you should check your attitude before dealing with the customers that pay the shop that pays your pay checks. I'll be following up with a complaint to the higher ups at Caliber Collision as well. No one should be treated like this.

This is the absolute worst collision shop ever been to..my girlfriend's car was in a front end…read morecollision... We have taken it there over 8 times..still nothing fixed. Finally took it to the dealership and found the problem.. It seems the exhaust was put in the wrong location... 8 times there and over a year later..... Do your self a favor and save yourself the grief and don't bring your vehicle here.... I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle....
