Review #513 April…read more30, 2025 Door Dent & Scratch Repair Service on 4/23/2025 What a great referral I received from an auto shop about this business "Incidents Paintless Dent" in Macomb to service My Gold SUV. I had fast scheduling over the phone then a calendar link was sent in choosing appt. Owner Chris was prompt to returning My call then replying with text messages in regards to having your vehicle set up for repairing. It took 5 days to set up the day and time to meet and greet him. It took him 35 minutes to remove a small Door Dent and a couple of door scratches too were touched up and buffed shiny new! I can say that Chris did show his expertise with detail and gave Me great Service Completion and of course His Quality. The Service Value and My cost of $125.00 was totally acceptable! I've attached photos too of before and after with Dent and paint scratches. I noticed other satisfied customer's reviews and photos to back up his work which helped Me make the call quickly instead of dealing with a collision shop. No replacement on 23 mile collision, only offering to paint over rusted part. they are taking over the Maaco shop next-door on 23 and plan to do worse work than was ever put out of that place before.. Horrible horrible customer service and after care!!! its just not professional at all
