Blamed it on me for "reinfestation" when I hadn't travelled anywhere. Gaslit me that I didn't see the bed bugs I saw. I had to move out of the place because the bugs were destroying my life. Asked them to return for the warranty for the few bugs that travelled with me and they refused because I had moved. "What if it's new bed bugs at your new place?" Be so for real. Complete scammers. Bed bugs are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of and require exterminators who actually care and use very precise methods. Even just 2 remaining bugs can explode into a new infestation. These exterminators care more about their bottom line and have no idea what they're doing. Maybe they're fine with other bug infestations, but *DO NOT* trust them to get rid of bed bugs They are ridiculously expensive ($1800 for a studio/1bdr) and it was a complete waste of money. Be warned--this will bleed you dry when you have to find someone more competent.

It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!
