I didn't think it was repairable, so I threw it away. Kyle came by and discovered that we didn't have a track for our screen doors. The builder didn't do them properly. So, he installed a track for us, so it would be right and then we chose the heavy duty screen door. Third business offered was Screenmoble of Lee's Summit. I called and got an appointment for two days later. The owner showed up on time and explained the products. He then walked me through the process of install and construction needed. So, we heard his price and accepted his bid. We asked to have it finished before Spring. It was early December, he explained he would try. So after HOA approval letter we placed our deposit. It was January and there was a warm day forecasted, he called and the next day he had all the structure installed, no screen because he believed some weather a little warmer would help set the screening. Less than two weeks later he called and came to install the screening. It went quickly and he finished. Our porch was screened before Spring. He came under budget and got the credit off our bid. We are happy with his office staff who keep us informed and the owner that did a professional job from start to finish. I will always give him a called for my jobs.

Acquired an old greenhouse that had tempered glass panes. A few had been broken during its time…read morestanding. I called around and got some estimates for three panes of glass. Two were the same size and the third was less then half of that. I was told that it would take at least a week to make. Some of the prices given seemed rather extreme to me. The price that Santa Fe gave me was almost half of that cost. I asked how long it would take to get and was told possibly by the end of the business week. The order went in on Tuesday morning and they called me Thursday to say the glass was in. I picked it up and the panels fit perfectly and made the greenhouse look great. Will keep them in mind for future work and noticed that they make custom screens as well! Very satisfied with the whole overall experience and will recommend to others and keep their information for myself.
