What a nightmare experience with A Blind. They asked to come to the appointment an hour before the scheduled time. The consultant begged to use my restroom and I was surprised considering my home is not a public restroom. It's not appropriate to ask a customer or stranger to use their restroom. I told her no and she begged me to use it like she had to. Also it was very difficult to communicate with her and she wasn't careful around my home because I had brand new paint. She was carrying her heavy luggage and rolling it on my new floor. I told her not to damage the floor. I told her I had some project needing to be completed which you can return next time but no response. I complained to the manager and he kept calling me many times after he accused me of lying and defending his employees instead of apologizing. I had to hang up on him and told him I will post a bad review on Yelp. He hung up on me and after he called me a few times. I don't understand how a business can react and treat a customer this way. I have been working with Issac and he has been amazing. He came right before the pandemic shutdown and gave me a quote. Then we shut down. I had him come anyway to install my blinds. We have 8 windows in our house and the front entry living room has huge windows and we've only placed curtains to screen for privacy from the front yard that faces the street. It was installed a week after as they have to order custom fit to our windows. You can choose to have it sized based on your preference like the windows in our master bedroom which was a 3 panel one with the side openings and so we had it custom fit to window size and openings and it looked great. We had our front living room and kitchen with a motor and it comes with remote and a hub so you can actually program it in your phone. Paul guided us thru the set up process with ease and we're loving it. We choose the water proof fabric for our kitchen and it looks so good. We got a good deal and very good service. Would totally recommend! 12/27/22 The end cap of the bottom bar of the motorized blinds in our kitchen came off and we called A blinds. They sent Andrew to come fix it. They scheduled it right away and he had to come back for the end piece which didn't take long. It was fixed in a breeze. Andrew was very nice and peofessdid a good job and programmed back out blinds. Thanks again A blinds! 2/10/2023 Unfortunately the bottom bar fell off our kitchen motorized blinds and I called the company yesterday and Andrew came to fix it. He was the one that came 2 months ago . Very nice, helpful and knowledgable. Figured out what went wrong. The top cover on the right was loose that could have contributed to the loose scrolling and detachment of the lower bar. So when you charge the end part of your blinds make sure you don't accidentally loosen the edge of the top part so it doesn't affect the motorized function of the blinds.
