They…read morecould have easily just replaced all five of the windows I originally wanted, but they showed me an issue with one that would require some other work be done as well so that I could take time to budget and plan, as well as a way to quick fix the other so I didn't have to replace it right then. For the three drafty windows that were replaced, the guys that came out showed up in time, did a great job installing and cleaned up everything afterwards. It's now about three degrees warmer in my living room and I no longer need to bundle up when sitting by the window. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to replace the rest of my windows.

I had to call twice to get the ball rolling but once scheduled, their communication was good and the technician showed up [today] on time to fix the issue. He adjusted the screen door to glide as well as possibly, explaining that there was a small raised area in the slider frame that impeded the movement. He also lubricated the runners of the heavy sliders to make them glide better as well. We appreciated his expertise and good work. Based on my experience, I recommend Valley Glass.
