I had to call another company to come out tomorrow to repair my tankless water heater and figure out how to get my 3 showers to turn back on. I've been a customer for 21 years. I'm astonished how bad this turned out. Please think twice before using this company.

Since…read moreinstallation, I have experienced ongoing issues with the water softening equipment and have consistently reported these concerns to the company. I contacted Johnson Water on three separate occasions to report that the system was not functioning properly. A technician was dispatched twice, each time displaying unprofessional behavior and dismissing my concerns without thorough inspection. On the third occasion, I specifically requested a different technician and asked that the water be tested to verify the equipment's performance. Despite my request, the same technician was sent again. However, he did conduct a water test, which confirmed that the equipment was not operating correctly and that the water remained hard--just as it was prior to installation. These findings were confirmed in June, despite my repeated complaints beginning in February. The issue has only recently been resolved. I contacted the company to request a credit for the five months during which the equipment was non-functional. My request was denied by a manager named Kerry. I have paid for five months of service without receiving the intended benefit. This experience reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service. Based on my experience, I do not recommend renting, purchasing, or using services from Johnson Water Conditioning Co., as customer concerns are not handled appropriately or professionally. I respectfully request that Johnson Water Conditioning Co. reconsider its position and issue a credit for the months during which the equipment was not functioning. I believe this would be a fair resolution and a reflection of good faith toward customer satisfaction.

Not only did Green Tech Plumbing check all these boxes, but they also offer fair pricing. A unicorn of a business. After being overcharged and underwhelmed by our previous plumber, I was on the hunt for a capable plumber to install a whole house water filtration system. From the moment I reached out to Green Tech Plumbing, they were nothing but responsive and helpful. I purchased the filtration system from a vendor, yet Kevin willingly answered all my questions (promptly!) about the system. He even pointed out that one of the options had expensive filters that would need to be changed frequently saving me hundreds of dollars in filters. What a gem! Kevin came out to look at how the system could be installed in our space and talked to me through how the system would work and answered all my questions. He then provided a fair quote. Once our system was delivered, I emailed to set up the installation. His team came out the following week for the installation. The tech Kevin sent was just as helpful! He moved the 100-pound tank from the garage to the basement, which wasn't part of their scope. The tech had to make a run to the hardware store to buy connection pieces that weren't included with system, but he knew exactly what to buy and did so in a timely manner. The install was speedy and flawless. The tech was even willing to stay while I called the vendor's water filtration system customer service expert to walk us through the start up process. On top of this great experience, I wrote a check for the incorrect amount and Kevin responded right away saying he would swing by and drop a check in our mailbox for the overpayment. Unreal! This is how you run a company!

These guys are terrific! When the compressor on my AC unit died the day I brought my newborn home, they were there to help in 20 minutes. We also had two scheduled appointments where someone was supposed to come out and check the moisture readings, but no one showed up. A technician finally came to our home this morning and discovered that the company's dehumidifiers had been connected to a pipe that was not draining properly, resulting in standing water in our basement. The technician also found that mold had begun growing in the area where the equipment was improperly installed. To date, neither my husband nor I have heard from anyone regarding how Romexterra plans to address the additional water damage or mold caused by this issue. A flood cut has not been performed, and we have not received any clear remediation plan or timeline. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. We expected a restoration company to help prevent further damage after a flood, not contribute to additional damage while failing to communicate with us.
