We had two older HVAC units, and so we had Frank come service them each year. He also came for service calls when they would short cycle or otherwise not work properly. Given the age of the systems, Frank could have told me it was unfixable and I would have believed him. But he is so honest and knowledgeable and always was able to fix it right away. He is just really nice, too -- on one visit, it was my son's birthday. He had to go get a part and came back with a card and hot wheels for him. Frank is the absolute best! 08/06/26 - What started w/excitement @ the thought of finally getting an AC installed after 18…read moreyears without one has turned into a long drawn out day. I'm no expert @ installing HVAC systems but I can't believe it took 14 hours to remove the existing AC condenser furnace & cooling coils & install a new AC condenser & furnace coil. The installers arrived @ 9:40 am. It's now 11:30 & they are just wrapping up. I'm tired & cranky & want to go to bed. I had to hang out all day while their installers were doing the removal & installation of my new AC condenser, furnace & cooling coils. This being said David Jackson was the lead installer he was very polite & respectful during what I'm sure must have been an exhausting day. When it was all said and done Dave & his partner did a great job & cleaned up after they were finished. I did have a few concerns which I addressed w/the salesman Gino Levato, the office & Damien who followed up the next day. One was the hole cut in my exterior brick wall to run the copper piping, copper electrical & black insulated pipe along the ground due to the upcoming winter & possible freeze due to snow & ice? I was told they would look into my concerns. The cut out in my wall was patched w/a silicone sealant but I would like further protection like a steel or aluminum plate over the silicone to prevent rodents (mainly rats) from chewing through & gaining access to my house. The biggest positive was getting this service through my Costco executive card. We will get a Costco cash card after the installation for 10% to be used @ Costco, plus an additional 5% rebate on my Costco Citi bank card. My wife asked about a senior discount (smart move). Gino called Costco & spoke to a general manager we were able to get an additional $2,000 off of the price

This service we received from Enright Heating and Cooling was, and I am not being even slightly…read morehyperbolic, the absolute best service we have ever received from any company for the many, many household services needed throughout the years, bar none. It was actually perfect. We finally got to the dreaded end of life for both our furnace and air conditioner and right during the busiest time for all companies, midsummer and right after two rounds of very damaging storms. We got a quote from the company we had been using and that quote wasn't necessarily gross outside of reasonable but we felt that with such a high investment we should get at least one more quote. We called Enright, who handled the quote and all of our questions immediately. They were less expensive than our previous quote, had a much better warranty and better financing. They are also clearly competent. The owner, out of mercy on our souls after the storms came to see our broken system first and we didn't hear him at the door and he had to leave. We felt horrible. He is busy! He treated us with such grace. The company is family owned and operated and works around the clock and are very accessible. The installers came right on time, were extremely polite and conscientious the entire time and finished their quality work ahead of time. They were clean, well organized and cheerful. Do not hesitate to use this company. I really don't see how their service can be beat.
