Always have prompt, fair and helpful service when I call Four Seasons. In this instance our rental…read moreunit had a problem with the AC on a hot and steamy weekend. The service technician came to the unit, serviced our furnace and AC in prompt and efficient manner and offered (but didn't push) on recommending changes to our HVAC to make it work better. This would be a 5 star review but: (1) PLEASE get rid of the AI agent for calls. It is unhelpful and not personalized to manage HVAC calls. (2) If you're not going to make the scheduled window, that is okay BUT please phone ahead that you're going to be late. Prices were fair for a weekend service but certainly not cheap for an AC repair (~$400).

I am writing to describe an extremely disappointing first experience with what I believed was a…read morereputable, bonded, professional company that (at present) is bordering on feeling like outright fraud. I have an all-electric home powered by a heat pump. The original contractor didn't assess load well, so while the heat function works fine for my square footage even in bitter cold, sub-zero days, the AC can't keep up when exterior temperatures climb above 85 degrees F. So, I wrote to Four Seasons saying 1. I have water pooling around the unit in my basement, I need someone to check this out 2. I need to explore the most economical options to rectify the improper load calculation, whether that is a mini split or a new unit (which would be very sad, as it is less than 2 years old, but a sunk cost, I guess), so my house is cool in hot weather. Seems straight forward. Tech comes yesterday, 6/11/26, and is at my home for EIGHT hours during which time he manages to break the system. Whereas there was once cool air coming out of the vents and servicing the home (just not ENOUGH cool air), there was now HOT air coming out when in AC mode. This man was about to leave like his job here was done. I said, Sir, unfortunately, I have to tell you that you have made this worse! I had AC that was cooling the home and now I have heat running on cool and actively heating up my home (as we were sitting there, it was creeping up to 85 inside, even though the exterior temperature by that time had dropped to the low 70s). He tried to tell me that was already happening when he arrived. Absolutely not correct. I pointed out that the heat pump sensor, while in AC mode, was lit up as HEAT, so no, not cooling the home as it had been that morning. At this point, I am super stressed and running 30 minutes late for a dinner reservation and the tech tells me he cannot leave my home until I pay him $2,000 and sign his ipad. I said, "but you have made it worse? Why would I pay when the work is not done?" And he said "you have to pay this and when a new tech comes tomorrow at 8am you can ask for a refund." I am a woman alone in my home and this man is telling me he cannot leave my property until I have paid him. So I did it, because I HAD to go, and that was a mistake. At 8am this morning, 6/12/26, there was no tech. I called and was on hold for 53 minutes (screenshoot proof attached) until I could reach a human being. I was told the tech should not have given me a time because they "only operate in 4 hour windows." Okay, fine. Super infuriating, but fine. As of this writing, it is 2pm and there is no tech. I called at 12:30 and was told they could not give me a time and would be there "as soon as they could." When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told "managers are very busy, so they can only respond to emails." I said, "Great. Please provide an email." And I was told "well, I would be the one emailing." And I said "Well, how do I know you are taking this seriously and will escalate it?" And was told, "I assure you I will share it." Why do I doubt they care about customer feedback, when I have spent 88 minutes plus over the course of the last 3 days trying to reach someone to get help? Also, although I have spoken to multiple agents and told them that they keep not contacting me directly via email or text, and have been assured (3 separate times) that my information is the primary, they have never once emailed or called me and continue contacting my ex-husband. Will update this if and when they ever send someone back to fix the tech's error and let you know if they try to charge me for replacement parts their laborer broke... P.S. The tech kept hard selling this $25/month membership with all these bells and whistles I do not need. It was very weird. Are you a sales person or are you an HVAC/heat pump expert? Also, no offense to anyone in this industry, but I have NO desire to see you often enough to purchase a membership. Fix my stuff and then please depart and I'd like to see you never (because it is all working so well right? ...Right?? :), except for an annual check up, maybe. P.P.S. They also use "Sarah," an AI chatbot, and it's a very uncanny valley experience.

Highly recommend this company for quick fair priced services! I moved into a new house with no AC…read moreand reached out to 4 companies to give me a quote on central AC vs minisplit system. King was quick to respond and listened to our needs. They provided the lowest price while other companies were looking to up charge and quoting me higher prices so I hired them and couldn't be happier with results. 1 year in and our minisplit works great! I have since used them again to install a tankless water heater after our old one gave out and once again they were able to get someone out next day to complete the job. They also have great financing options if needed. I will definitely continue to use them in the future for all heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

He was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, which immediately put me at ease. Seth diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the clog. If you need help with a clogged sink, drain issues, or plumbing repairs, I can't recommend them enough. Reliable, efficient, and an all-around great people. King is the plumber you want to call.
