Work was performed clean. The workers were very nice and the system is still going strong and haven't had any issues 8 YEARS LATER. Pump probably runs every time it rains heavy now which only makes me smile. One time investment and a lifetime of peace of mind. Ahead of time, he explained in detail how they'd need to dig a deep trench and start the base of the wall several feet underground. The concrete would have a lattice of rebar in it and... it was more than I could understand but it sounded extremely thorough and strong. The crew did an excellent job on the wall and taking care of the surrounding property. There is a small brick wall near the big wall that was also in disrepair -- as part of their clean up, they actually ended up putting the brick wall back together better than it was before. They got to work within a couple of weeks of signing the paperwork (given how most contractors these days are slow, this was very impressive) and the work was done on schedule. I highly recommended Connecticut Masonry.

We went with BioClean despite having a cheaper quote elsewhere. Unfortunately, the day of our job was a nightmare. The workers arrived 1 hr 10 minutes late without any phone call. This was after we made multiple calls to inquire why they were late. I received about four different excuses as to why they were late. Truthfully, the excuses did not help and it was the lack of professionalism and respect for our time that really upset us. Additionally, I felt the office staff spoke to me very unprofessionally with one person telling me he was "sick as shit" which is just an unprofessional way to speak to a customer. Additionally, there was a lack of communication between the inspector, the office, and the work team about the expectations for our project. In the end, they did rectify the situation by adjusting our final price. however, the day was still a major headache and we do not plan to work with this company again nor would i recommend them to anyone. we have had plenty of work done in our home and have never had such an unprofessional experience. I feel duped by our inspector about the quality of service we would receive.
