Both times they've come to the rescue within only a few hours! Last year was 2 hours and someone was here and today our Pearson guy moved things around and was here within 30 minutes! I had Pearson Plumbing come to my house in Rockford for a sewage backup in my finished basement…read more They were dishonest and incompetent. They claimed to have run a 2" blade 100 feet in a blocked pipe and said it was "Good To Go." The sewage back-up continued and two subsequent plumbers said Pearson could never have run a 2" blade 100 feet. Pearson came back to correct the issue, but did not have the promised hydrojetting equipment needed for the job. This was a waste of our time and money! Pearson could not find a clean out drain and wanted to charge extra for a different "access". Our new plumber easily found the clean out drain in the bathroom. BUYER BEWARE!! USE A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.
