I originally went in to have a wedding band designed and made using heirloom diamonds - they helped me as we worked through different design ideas, and ultimately ended up making me an incredibly unique and beautiful wedding band. My fiance had a general idea of what he wanted his band to look like, and they made his vision come to life perfectly as well. Later, I decided that my engagement ring could benefit from a new setting, and Bob immediately saw what was needed and made it happen within a week. My fiancé and I both can't believe how much better the ring looks now. After that process went so well, I decided to bring another heirloom ring to have repurposed into a necklace for my mother's 60th birthday. They created something that honored the original art deco design while updating it for modern every day wear- my mom was ecstatic. My grandmother was the original owner of the heirloom pieces, and a jeweler herself, so I was excited to show her the pieces. I brought a Grand Seiko watch in that was losing a bit more time than it should. They serviced the…read morewatch in record time which was a bit suspect to me. I got the watch back and even though I asked for a polish (cap gold) that didn't seem to happen. I asked when they called for me to pick up the watch. The response was "I think he did what he could". Odd response it is gold it will polish beautifully but nope. Here is where it gets interesting. I wore the watch for about a week. I also wore a Chronoswiss on my other wrist. The Chronoswiss lost no time in a week. The Grand Seiko lost more than 20 min in a week after just being fully serviced at a very premium price. I called and again I got a less than friendly response and a "well bring it in and they will look at it and decide if they will do anything". Seriously? I paid for service and what I actually got was a cheap $8 watch band for $50 and a plastic crystal and they did nothing else to the watch. I did not want to drive an hour and a half to drop the watch off and it is in the opposite direction of work. This watch should be losing seconds in a week not a healthy part of an hour. I brought the watch to my local jeweler who sends them out to a watch maker. I got it back and sure enough it was not cleaned nor adjusted at all by Delman. I gave the jeweler instruction to get very specific feedback from the watch maker. I wanted to be sure it was not my fault like it got moisture in it since I wore it all week. He said it needed a good cleaning and proper lubrication, and he said there was no evidence of moisture. I just simply got taken or they are just incompetent. Either way I will not use them again. I am a collector and have watches serviced at least a dozen times a year. I have never been treated as rudely or had such poor results from a true watch maker in my life. I read through a few reviews as I was typing this. It seems like if you just have a quartz watch that needs a battery, they can do that and then you will leave 5 stars. That sort of also rings as unusual. Who leaves a review about a battery change? Know who else can change a watch battery the 16-year-old kid in the mall kiosk. If you are a watch collector and enthusiast and you know watches and their service, you will notice there is something not right here. They are rude from the start, and it goes downhill from there. I do not believe they are trained watch makers or they just are scammers. There is no other way to explain my experience that I can come up with.

They turned out gorgeous, and very affordable compared to any other mokume gane we had seen. The ability to choose the metals, mokume pattern, final ring texture, oxidization, ring width, gemstone type and location was a huge boon. The ring wears well with time and is easy to clean -- small scratches from daily wear don't diminish the look. Thanks for the beautiful work Arn!

Found lots of stamped out mokume gane rings for huge money, and then stumbled upon Arn's work. Called and spoke with Arn who opened the shop just to meet my fiancé and me. He was super patient explaining the process of how he makes the rings and showing us his shop and all the variations of what he can make. Each ring is hand made by Arn using many different layers and types of metals. I know it sounds a little weird, but I love the ring we bought from Arn! Each time I glance down (6+ months of wearing it) I smile because it's a work of art - haven't taken it off yet. It wears well with a nice patina that doesn't diminish the "wood grain" metal work. He also skillfully sized it to my finger, having me try it several times in the process until we got it just right. Thank you Arn!
