This was an amazing place! I had a wedding on the weekend, and being so busy I was trying so hard to find an affordable place to get my hair done last minute! I was glad they were able to squeeze me in. Hagen, did my hair and it looked amazing! I was so pleased with the end results! I went it there for a simple root touch up but we got to talking and she told me abt glazing my balayage (it's been over 6 months since I got my balayage done..so it was looking rough)..I trusted her and I absolutely loved it! My hair looked and felt healthier! I got so many compliments on how it looked! Needles to say, totally trust Hagen! She's amazing at what she does!! read more

This review is a little long so if you take anything from this, Hope, is an absolute ANGEL. I had an appointment elsewhere and got canceled on last minute, this salon was on my way home and I called and my luck they had time for me to walk in. The salon is very clean and modern, everyone was very friendly. My stylist was finishing up, but I was shampooed and conditioned right away! I spent maybe 5 min waiting before beginning my services. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was the second day for the assistant doing my shampoo and conditioning but she was so sweet and had great conversation. I was also offered a drink before sitting in the chair. She also was careful not to get water or shampoo everywhere. HOPE was my hairdresser and she is AMAZING. She listened, looked at several pictures, asked me several questions prior to cutting. She also started at a longer length and took it shorter with my permission, which was such a relief, because I have been traumatized by salons with my hair. My hair was down to my waist, and we took a good 8 inches off and she added gorgeous layers and gave me a perfect curl/style. I will be coming to Hope forever she is amazing at what she does ! Can't wait to put a little color in next time. Anyways, I can't express how much it means to find a hairstylist that you can trust! I needed to get my hair done and my regular stylist was not responding to my texts. After doing some research for salons with high ratings, I booked an appointment with Maya. I'm very happy with the results. Maya was friendly, listened to me and what I like most, made suggestions for the color and the cut. It was nice getting a new perspective. I love the color and she used a slightly different technique in cutting my hair. I love how easy it is to style and am very happy with the end result! Regarding precautions due to COVID-19, everyone was wearing masks and there is a partition between the stations, and you are not seated until the station is sanitized. Highly recommend! read more

Is this how u talk to yr customer who has beams coming for over 6 months. Train yr staff to bill properly. It's not like I get an itemized receipt for the services. Mahan is the absolute best at color and cut/style. I started going to her over 15 years ago. We moved to Florida from Dallas in 2018 and I still fly back to have her do my color. Mirela Is the best! I requested an expert in short hair cuts. My hair was medium/long and after working a 12 hour day, I was tired of dealing with long hair that would fall in my face during meetings and just annoy me overall! I asked in Yelp for a hair stylist that was an expert in short hair and could provide me a cut that would be "no fuss" but also professional for a corporate environment. Mirela did just that! I so enjoy this salon. I feel so comfortable walking in, everyone is down to earth yet so professional. Earlier this year, I confessed I just wasn't good at styling my hair. Maya told me to bring my hair tools from home and she took 45 minutes of her precious time to teach a 62 year old! She was so patient!! I used to go to Maya when she was in Dallas at Gioia Salon and I was SO excited to hear she opened her own Hair Studio in Plano/North Dallas.
