Prior to this service a different company was called in to help with the lock out and couldn't get it open. The locksmith tried everything, they couldn't open it up and even suggesting to drill my door open and I wanted to avoid breaking my door. However when I called Alex, he arrived after the other lock smith left he answered right away and was able to come by and less than 15 mins. I was truly amazed at how he was able to figure out how to unlock the door with ease. He is so friendly and tried to fix the repair from the previous handyman for me and it truly shows how much he cares and enjoys his job.
