I have had Sameday insurance since 2015. I moved and the state I moved to Sameday insurance in not here, I called to cancel my policy and Brittany Alvarez, helped me tremendously!! She called the insurance company I was with at that time and she add me to the call to make sure everything went well. She made sure I was covered until my new insurance started, she asked the representative all the necessary questions that I couldn't think of, she also made sure they canceled my autopay so I wouldn't be charged and she also took notes of our conversation. --------MUST READ---------- So I currently have Mercury insurance & pay $460 a month due to having three points on my license. I found SAMEDAY Insurance online & met up with Zach who at first seemed knowledgeable and helpful. So I got a quote for only $300 a month full coverage which is way less then I'm paying right now. Of course I was ecstatic & had every intention with following through so I dropped $400 to start up the policy last Wednesday & told Zach I would come back Friday with the rest of the down payment (roughly $45$) and to sign all the necessary documents. Here's where it all went down hill... Zach decided to blow up my phone Friday morning about the contact while I was driving my sister to the air port. I texted him "call you back I'm driving on the freeway". This dude had the audacity to text/voicemail me & state "if you don't sign the documents by 2 PM your policy will be voided out and you're money will be nonrefundable" I didn't even sign anything with them and I didn't even sign the receipt they emailed me to do an E signature. Zach tried to take $400 from me & he's lucky he had all my info. After I let him know I didn't want to do business & I was opening up a claim with my bank account then he left me another message acting fake & begging me to call him back. I'll attach photos of the text conversation so everyone can see the douche bags that work for this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAMEDAY INSURANCE!!!!!! Plus they lie about not having a broker fee. Mine was about $112. I'd rather keep my $460 policy with Mercury then do business with these crooks!!!!! read more

Terrrrrrible company DO NOT GET INSURANCE!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!! Daniel I was my insurance guy and he never would return my calls after the fact I got a new debit card and tried to update my info and no one would help me, and kept saying that they would give me a call back. Due to that my policy was terminated. I've never even paid for 1 month. All the money I put down was about $340 for the startup fee and got terminated immediately after that. To top it off they WILL NOT give me a refund. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Please do not get insurance with these people, unless you like to get screwed over and waste money be my guest. read more
