She also stated in the same phone call that the driver was doing work related driving so they do not cover that. Ummmm thought you just said you couldn't get a hold of him so how do you know it was work related! Even if so, it is his personal truck that is listed on the insurance so therefore it's covered!!! I had a fender bender with a Kemper/Infinity insured person on May 17 2024, over 14 months ago, and they have yet to settle their claim. I have had three different adjusters and i've had my current adjuster, Adam Davush, since January. I got in a minor collision and when the Rob Walker called to get information he called my sister who has nothing to do with my insurance nor vehicle and when I ask him how her obtain her information he dismissed my question and it wasn't until I asked the second time he stated that he look up my vehicle license plate and it pop up which is weird because she has nothing to do with the vehicle. I have been insured with Infinity/ Kemper for about 10 years. I have never had an accident or given them any problems. This month, I am due for renewal and after receiving my renewal packet, I noticed the fees have increased over 30%. I called to understand why but the agent explained there is no reason other than prices went up. He advised me to look somewhere else if I was not happy. I can't believe the agent would suggest for me to call someone else and I can't believe they do not care about keeping loyal, good drivers. I called around to get more quotes and found a better price with more coverage at State Farm. I called Infinity back and explained this and the new agent told me the same thing the first agent had told me the week prior. He suggested I go with whoever gives me a better price because there was no discounts or price matching, they could do. I am amazed at how cold their attitude was and how they did not care if I stayed of left even though I had called for the 2nd time to explain I would rather stay with them the only problem was the high increase for no reason. I want to think maybe it was the agents that just did not want to invest the extra time to help me and keep me as a client but hope that Infinity/Kemper as a company respects and values their clients. I wanted to write this review so hopefully the manager or owner sees it and is made aware of this situation so they can train their agents to have better customer service skills. If I could give no stars, then I would. I was hit by a driver insured by this company on May 21, 2024. It is currently June 12, 2024. He was held in complete liability the day of the accident. I have been waiting for a check to get my car fixed since that week. I have already had it assessed at the collision shop that they told me to bring the vehicle to (two days after the accident). Not only do they not return my phone calls, they also never answer the phone. I've left at least 10 voicemails on my adjuster's answering machine, plus her manager, plus her manager's manager. I've been with them for over 10 years and I'm a great driver no accident and recently a cone hit my car in he freeway which damaged my bumper and crack my windshield had to use their claims department. I took my car to dealership as it's a new car and is financed and felt that it's safer to get it repair by them than take it to unknown shop that can damage my car more. The dealership gave them a quote and they were willing to give a 3rd of the amount of estimated damages. I'm leaving them as I found that if one day something worse happens they will not protect me. According to them I was supposed to let them know even though I did not have a yearly contract with them.
