Stopped in for lunch--Ruby served us and she was very sweet, polite, and attentive. She kept our water refilled without us ever needing to ask. The restaurant was clean with cute decorations, and you can see into the kitchen, which also looked very clean. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai with no egg and a little spice. It was delicious--just perfect. My husband had the steamed pork dumplings (six per order), and they were very good. We shared everything and enjoyed it all. We will definitely be back!

Located in a plaza with cool decor and table seating for 4 at all tables regardless of your party size. Menu is one page front and back with buns, dumplings, ramen, noodles, and chinese food options along with delish appetizers. We had the crab rangoon, pork bao buns steamed, shrimp shumai, pork dumpling, Thai pineapple fried rice, and the bibimbap. Everything was delicious and with a party of 5 there was still food to take home. The service was friendly and I'd definitely comeback for it all

Occasion: Evening Dinner to Go PARKING: Ample on site parking! Location & Ambiance: My man & I have eaten here numerous times and each time we have a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was freshly painted this last time we came in for ramen and noodles. It looks amazing. Love all the new paintings, such a cute authentic touch! Service: The staff members are always attentive and friendly. They're kind hearted and we've never had any issues. Food: The food is delicious and cost effective! Overall: 1000/10. We honestly LOVE A One, and we'll surely be going back for days to come!

We were in the area and decided to check this spot out! Located where Litchi previously was (it's apparent in some leftover decor). I deducted a star just because I feel the old paint and some Litchi furniture takes away from the experience. Food portions were nice and I really liked the Crab Rangoons! The dumplings also tasted great. As for the Flaming Cheese Noodles, I got Char-Siu Pork Belly as a protein and it tasted okay, not too much flavor aside from the spice. I think I'll try other options next time. Service was good and attentive. Never felt ignored or lacking in water in my water cup.

This place was okay. We came here because there was nothing else really that seemed appealing. The girls were super nice and quick to have us sit and took our order. The food however was just okay. It was missing some flavor or something the rice itself was good but the meat was not very flavorful. The boa buns were a bit dry inside. The boba was really good ( it's hard to mess that up). I would have to think really hard about going here again.

It's ok. The Lychee Tea with boba is good. My mistake was asking for extra sugar. It was too sweet for me so I fixed it by asking for extra ice. The crab Rangoon is not your typical won ton wrapper. Maybe a homemade dough like an empanada? I would have liked the filling if it didn't have a level of sugar. The spring rolls are very salty. My Pad Thai and Max's ramen were both very good. Even though there is inside seating that can sit about 8 families, the restaurant was lacking a wait list. I hope they are more successful with takeout. I don't think they serve wine or beer.

Enjoyable noodle place, right next to the theater, not a huge menu, but it has good variety, great tea as well. The staff was so relaxed and friendly, the good is very fresh, and it has a small quick casual noodle place vibe inside if you dine in.

Went to Pines location, seated in dining room immediately. Ambience of a high school cafeteria. Place was doing steady take out on a Friday night. Food average to good. Got Ramen with beef and chicken broth, soft boiled egg and a few other add one. Upgraded to pork belly with mild spice. Ingredients were solid but pork belly was tough, but big bowl and adequate amount of protein. I thought noodles looked suspiciously like the Ramen from the store. My companion got similar bowl but with chicken. Tender white meat and much more generous amounts of protein. We decided on 3.5 stars. 3 for pork belly 4 for chicken ramen. Would try again. Servers were good.

Really good food at an affordable price. The dumplings are the best since they are made in house. The waiter was very pleasant and even showed us where they made the dumplings. Casual and friendly ambiance.

A One Noodle & Dumpling took over the second Pines location of Litchi that was right next to Regal Cinemas in the Westfork Plaza. Although I'm super sad that the hibachi from Litchi is no longer here, A One Noodle has some great dishes and variety on their menu. From dumplings and baos to ramen and rice dishes, they have a lot to choose from. The two times I visited, I got the beef Japanese donburi. The beef was tender and well seasoned both times I got it and came with onions and a fried egg on top of rice. This will probably be my new go-to dish to get if I'm in need of a quick lunch close by. My friend got the Japanese Unagi Donburi (BBQ eel over rice with eel sauce) and he enjoyed it. The seating inside is plentiful and spacious. Excited to try more things off their menu for my next visits.

The service is good: the young man asked us if we'd like some black vinegar and hot water (he said yes to me, bringing in my tea, when the restaurant had only one other couple): Thanks. I'm wondering if the creator(s) are from northeast China: the fillings, especially the dumplings, are very solid, and the wontons are chubby. An Asian woman is making the dumplings behind the glass window. The small logo on their black plastic tableware is thoughtful and appreciated.

First off, I love the play on the name since the area code in the county is 954. The restaurant is a spacious place with some kind of weird seating (half booth and half chairs are the norm). On the right is a place to order boba, and to the left you order pho and other food items. There's a bit of a selection, but sadly they no longer serve banh mi, which is what I wanted. I went with a spring roll. You get two good sized ones for a little over $10. Noodles, your choice of protein and selection of veggies. The server builds it as you move along. They were good, but not spectacular. But I did notice that the pho looked pretty good. Maybe I should have gone with that? I'll have to go in again and try it. The people working there were all nice enough so there's that. And I should note that they have a 4% surcharge if you pay by credit card. I was taken back at first because I had never been to a pho place where you can create your own pho or spring rolls. We played it safe and ordered the chicken pho. We also ordered two springs rolls-which I did not know it was the create your own at first. With the create your one spring roll you can choose 1 protein and can add as many toppings as you'd like. I thought the chicken pho could have been better as it barely had chicken in it and not as flavorful as I'm used to having. However, we were surprised by the spring rolls. It was a generous portion and it was prepared well. We really enjoyed the rolls. Customer service was okay, could definitely have been more engaging and welcoming. The place is big inside and nicely decorated but the tables and chairs could have been a little cleaner. Not sure if we will come back and try the pho again, but will come back for the spring rolls.
