I have to admit, I have made more flavorful cucumbers at home. Perhaps it was the type of cucumber which was not my favorite. They used regular American cucumbers instead of English or Persian cucumbers, which I prefer. We also ordered the fish sauce fried chicken wings. They were decent but nothing to write home about. We also had a couple orders of eggrolls. Of the three appetizers, this one was the tastiest. The one thing I wish they provided with the egg rolls is lettuce and herbs to wrap the egg rolls with. Instead, there was a little side of pickled cabbage and carrots. For our main entrées, we ordered bun bo hue. It was pretty good and I finished most of it. It came with your basic items and not a lot of meat. There was no pork hock or anything like that. Tendon was probably the most different type of meat in there.
