I caution you all, do not use "A Super Move". Because it can end up being "No Move." We booked a move for today in advance, pickup between 2-4pm. In the morning, they sent a text confirmation about today's pickup. At 2:30pm, they texted us telling us they were running late and would be here at 5pm. Okay, things happen. After multiple calls in the last 4 hours, it is now 6:30pm and no one is here. The original driver who told us he was running late apparently reached out to a 2nd driver. The 2nd driver told us he was in Queens. Neither driver is anywhere to be found and both driver thought the other driver was going to get us. The 2nd driver said he would call his manager to see if he could leave our things in the truck overnight (because the storage unit closes at 8pm), but then later said his manager didn't pick up. This has left us sitting with our stuff outside in the cold (it's 10 degrees today in New York City) because our building doesn't allow us to leave our stuff in the hallway. Not only that, it is 6:30pm and we don't know if ANYONE is coming or what to do with our stuff. This kind of communication or LACK of communication, between the drivers themselves, and between us and the drivers and complete lack of reliability is absolutely unacceptable. read more

SEXUAL HARASSMENT & INTIMIDATION TACTICS! Let me start by saying this was not carried out by both the movers sent, only one. However, the others' silence & compliance in this abhorrent behaviour is just as telling. Firstly, they arrived (later than stated), then launched into a tirade of obscenities because they were upset only two movers had been sent, not three. So begins the groundwork for harassment. My girlfriend was able to take today off to oversee the move, I was not. Unfortunately, this meant I had to be at work. This seemed to make the movers comfortable enough to tell my partner - "We were going to cancel, until we saw you." Because she looked like an easy target? Now, feeling entirely uncomfortable and coerced, she was told to ride in the truck. Our offender sat in close proximity and decided to take the opportunity to start touching my partner. She was forced to pull her knees into a painful and unnatural position, just to avoid being touched by a strange man. After arriving at the new place, our offender decided to smoke a joint-maybe so he could come up with better lewd comments? Now, the icing on this predatory cake: he waited until he was alone in the apartment with her to make yet another pass. "If I was your man, I would bend you over." This level of vulgarity is beyond unacceptable. It is predatory, demeaning, and made my partner feel unsafe throughout the entire process. This time, the "no, I have a boyfriend" seemed to upset him. So, the mirror got "accidentally" broken. I left a voicemail requesting the necessary information required to file a report. 1-2 stars for the lady that answers your phone calls. I know it's a tough job figuring out spots for folks needing a move. But yeah, like everyone else reviewing this company, I was renting storage out of CubeSmart, who offers a deal of a free truck and driver on your day of moving in your stuff. Too good to be true. You have to sign the lease before you can book the truck. This may be Cube Smart's fault so this is why I gave the moving company in itself 5 stars. But Cube Smart told me to basically sign the lease 42-72 hours before I wanted to move in. I did that. Followed the instructions exactly with leaving a voice message for who/what/where/when/why for the move and all my info. About 4 hours later I get a message saying that the earliest they could do was a Monday at 8 in the morning. FML. I needed Sunday. Because Monday meant taking another day off of work. Vehemently she argued with me that Sunday was impossible and even though the little sheet they sent me had insanely minute details for booking this that there could be an "emergency fee" to get a truck for moving if you really are desperate for $50. I said I'm willing to spend $75-100 whatever for Sunday. But it was just a hard mean 'NO'. So I confirmed for Monday and told my office I'd be in late. Day of: The truck driver texted me he was on the way at 7:45am. I have no idea where the hell he was on the way from but he didn't get to my apartment until 9:30 which I thought 'on the way' meant a mad dash and run to get everything on the curb for his arrival. Because you know what 'free' means here? It means a 2 hour maximum move time and then you get charged for going over. Unfortunately, one of my friends has some serious f*cking issues and didn't show up or text or answer my phone calls. So it was just the two of us running stuff up and down. Thankfully, I had wheeled a ton of boxes myself over on the weekend anticipating the worst possible scenario. Thank GOD for my pessimistic outlook on life. SERIOUSLY. I will honestly say though the five stars is for my driver that I heavily tipped named Henry. Henry is a god damn godsend to life and deserves a raise. We had everything on the curb and he asked if that was it and I awkwardly said there was one piece of furniture that the two of us couldn't lift and I was just going to abandon it. He took a look at it. Got some of those special moving blankets, taped it up and helped roll that huge sucker of a dresser drawers down the stairs and popped it into the truck as well as helped with loading and unloading the truck even though he didn't have to. I nearly wept on the street out of the kindness of humanity and lack of sleep over this. If I ever have a kid or adopt or perhaps a dog/or cat his name is going to be Henry. Maybe. But yes. The moving company is a huge gamble. If you get screwed by all of your friends and don't opt to hire movers, (I totally will be next time paying people to move my furniture) it can be a hit or miss depending probably on the driver. read more

I had property picked up. they took zero care of my property. they destroyed my mattresses. they folded them into garbage bags destroying the coils, they dragged across the ground ruining the material and then stepped on them with greasy/dirty shoes leaving stains. they damaged a chair to my table. they were supposed to deliver my property in the week and took over 3 weeks. also, when they showed up to my house to grab my stuff they stated that the quoted size for all my material was double. definitely a money grab with zero care for your property. if you use them you will have to wait for property and a very good chance they ruin it. read more

Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A SCAM I hired a super move to help me move my small 5x10 foot storage unit into my studio apartment on the second story of a brownstone only a five minute drive from the storage facility. The minute the men showed up it was a nightmare. The one mover looked into my locker unit and then looked at me in the eye and said "why the hell didn't you request three movers?" It was not my responsibility to book the movers just to let them know how much stuff I had and I had outlined it to them in detail and they only sent two guys. Not my fault but this man was so rude to me all day thinking it was my fault they didn't have enough help. He essentially said it was going to take double the amount of time to do the move and double the money which made me extremely upset because there was no way I could just suddenly fork over double the amount quoted. He very conveniently mentioned that if I paid in cash though he'd work up until the amount I gave him which was a huge red flag to me. We started the moving process and it was evident to me that in order to get the move done I would need to help so I helped shuffle all the carts down to the truck for the other guy to load. I was literally like a third crew member. These guys did not wrap a moving blanket around a single thing I owned and shoved it like they were moving trash around. We showed up to my apartment and he asked what floor I was on and for the third time I told him the second floor and he gave me a dirty look. He started moving things to the bottom stair case and the other guy brought them to the landing of the stairs where I individually carried up every single one of my own boxes into my apartment including my own damn mattress. They carried my dresser and another larger piece of furniture which ended up badly damaged in the process - photos attached. The one mover insisted he forgot the credit card machine and basically bribed me into giving cash so that way they could "work up against it" and not go over in time. And after me hauling all my own boxes up the stairs they left me with half my stuff in the lobby of my building and sped off after I bought them waters and handed over the cash they requested. I felt taken advantage of and so upset. As they drove away I found a small chunk of my dresser in the road that they broke off. I have never in my life received such poor treatment from a company that I paid so much money too. It was embarrassing and I felt so powerless in the whole exchange being alone a small female who I'm sure they thought they could take advantage of. For a MONTH I have tried to get a response from the office regarding at minimum 600 dollars worth of damage to my furniture - I literally had to sell one of my dressers because it got so beat up I couldn't even fix it. It was essentially a new dresser that I paid 800 for and could only sell for 100 bucks because of the damage. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME. I HAVE SENT PHOTOS AND FOLLOWED UP MULTIPLE TIMES AND CALLED A DOZEN TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. This place is absolutely awful do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or your own EFFORT because you'll end up moving your own stuff even though you're paying people to do it!!! When they call back (within a few biz hours) give them: the cubesmart location, unit #, unit size your name and pickup address the day you prefer I called Sunday at 11:30am. By 2pm I was antsy. At 4pm they called and confirmed for tuesday, truck arrival between 2-4 - woooo! On Tuesday Lucky called me around 11:30 to say they're on time and he'll call me before they're coming. He calls me at 1:20 and says 20-30ish minutes. At 1:50 they pull up. I have most items on the curb and we load up fast and easy. We're only a couple avenues from cubesmart and we unload just as easily. We bid them farewell around 2:35 and go load up our unit. we leave cubesmart to walk home at 2:45. That's 55 minutes soup to nuts y'all! amazing work. Just bravo. So happy I used this service :) with size of the truck the cubesmart manager said that the size may vary by unit size. so for 5x5 you might get a cargo van. they arrived in a 12ft box truck for my 5x10 unit. so easy to load! read more

I was so nervous reading all of these reviews as this was already an emotional move since I'm moving my Mom's stuff to storage, as she recently passed away. However, I must state that while reading the reviews that this is a FREE truck & driver, please read the documentation properly to help the process go smoothly. They are NOT obligated to help you move for free. Be courteous and have your property on the curb to help the process go smoothly. Have your paperwork & access codes for the storage handy to help the process go smoothly. Hire movers if you need them, if not have your own people ready to work to help the process go smoothly. Thu 4:50pm - I call the movers & leave a detailed message with my name, cell #, date/time of move (Sun 11am), pickup location, dropoff location & my unit confirmation #. Fri 10:10am -- I call again with all of the above details (just as a precaution). Fri 10:28am -- I leave an email with all of the above details (just as a precaution). Fri 10:51am -- Kari calls me back with a timeslot of Sun 2-5pm (meaning the driver has between 2-5pm to arrive). In addition to the above details, she asks me for my unit # and the size of my unit. She says the driver will call me 30-min before arrival, so that I could start moving my stuff to the curb. She also states that IF our move is over 2-hrs, it is $50 for every 1/2 hour over. She also states that IF I want to cancel the driver, I have to do so by today (Fri at 3pm) or else get charged $75. Fri 3:24pm -- I emailed them to let them know that I do not have the contract via the "Free Truck Driver Request Form." At 3:53pm, they emailed the contract to me and let me know that the form is usually completed beforehand, but since I made my reservation with CubeSmart online & with them via voicemail, that's why I didn't have it the document beforehand. They confirm again via the email all of the details for Sunday. I sent them back the signed contract on Fri at 4:33pm. While I wait for the truck, I wanted to make good use of the time that we would be waiting for the truck, so I made 4 trips to CubeSmart with boxes and small furniture. Sun 11:49am -- The drivers, Kane & Sharon call me to let me know they are at the stop before me and should all go well at that stop, they should be on-time to help me. They remind me to have all items on the curb. Sun 12:53pm -- Kane & Sharon call again, to let me know they are about 30-min away. Sun 1:22pm -- Kane & Sharon call again, to let me know they are less than 10-min away. Sun 1:30pm -- Kane & Sharon arrive. We were able to put 2 of our cars together on the street to save space for the truck to park. Once the truck arrived, we moved our cars to give them room to work. I let the drivers know that I have moving help, but they helped us anyway, especially when we were having trouble getting the couch out of the front door. Our CubeSmart was only 1-mile away from the apartment, so it was a short trip. Sun 2:10pm -- Kane & Sharon leave. We saved time by utilizing the truck for the big items (furniture) & making several trips with our car. Kane & Sharon were friendly, helpful and communicated with me multiple times. Got the free use of a truck for 2 hours through Cubesmart. Booked my time a week ago - asked for 11am, was given 2-5pm window of arrival. The driver called at 1:49pm and said he'd be here around 3, 3:30. At 3:15 I called him and he said closer to 4, maybe 4:30. At 4:35 I called him back and had to call 3 times before he answered. Said he was in the area and would be over "soon". When I pressed him on what "soon" meant, he cursed me out and said if I would just let him finish he'd be there as soon as possible. I've tried calling the office but only get voicemail. I don't know what else to do. My childcare ends at 6pm and still no sign of the truck. Cubesmart says this is a "free" service but I've paid with my time and frustration. Next time I'm renting a truck from Uhaul and doing this myself. This is the most unprofessional company I've dealt with. CubeSmart Storage has a deal through them for a free 2hour truck driver, no labor included. I scheduled this truck a week in advance and never got a call the day before double confirming the truck nor the day of the move. I texted the dispatch (which is the only way to contact Super Move) and they gave me attitude for confirming a truck was coming. The truck driver never called during his 2hr window and dispatch never answered my texts or phone calls. I ended up just canceling on CubeSmart last minute for another storage company. I feel bad that CubeSmart is losing business because of Super Move but maybe they're falsely advertising a free 2hr truck to get business. read more

Showed up earlier than confirmed in Astoria and moved entertainment center onto truck myself then driver took it to the Cubesmart and when I arrived the driver unloaded it himself. The wood top of the center had scratches in the walnut and the driver did not acknowledge them. He drove literally 1/2 a mile from my apartment to the Cubesmart and managed to scratch the top of it since he loaded it onto the bed himself, not very carefully, even though they say you are supposed to do that yourself. When I arrived at Cubesmart on 46th street he had unloaded it himself with scratches all over my perfect entertainment center. I tipped him but he still didn't say anything about it. Kind of annoys me. Wish I would have paid for a proper service. This guy was rushing me and showed up a few hours earlier so I had to rush my fiends over to help take the stuff from my apartment. The service says it's free and he doesn't load it, but the guy who was driving packed it and unloaded my stuff anyway. Wish I would have told him to be careful and watched him better as he was placing it onto the bed. I would make sure to keep and eye on the free mover type dudes. They are pushy and don't respect your stuff but expect a tip no matter what. Make sure to wrap it all cause they'll be careless and just unload your stuff before you get to the storage space. Their van is supper filthy, so make sure to put blankets down before you put down your furniture; their staff is very rude and unprofessional, this company suppose to work with cube smart but they do not answer their phone. However, he is clearly aware of the issues, and changes to be made: including not saving on cheap terrible staff, so hopefully he uses his discretion wisely and hires more professional drivers. I added a star, from a 2 to a 3. Suggestion to cube smart customers, book first thing in the morning so that you are their first pickup so you don't wait extra hours and be ready to tip big if you let them handle it, or immediately upon arrival say don't touch my stuff-this is a free self service. Firstly, CubeSmart is supposed to let you know this is a voicemail only service, you have to give them 48 hour notice & they will call you back on the next business day. Your voicemail is supposed to include your name, pick up location drop off location phone number, unit size and so forth. Here is the problem: I was given a 2-hour window for pick up, between 2 and 4 PM two days after they called me back. OK no prob: they said I will get a call 30 minutes before they arrive , during my pick up timeframe of 2-4 p.m.. Here lies the problem that they don't answer the phone: it was almost 4 PM and no one had called, I was fully moved out of my previous storage facility, as I indicated to them I would be & no one was calling or arriving. I had to leave numerous voicemails & contact the CubeSmart manager, she had them call me back and tell me the timeframe is actually 2 to 5pm. But before I received a call back from their office, the mover called me at 4:10 PM, he told me "who told me to take all of my stuff out" when he hadn't called me yet, I said excuse me they said my scheduled pick up time was confirmed to be between 2 - 4 PM, I shouldn't have to expect anything else, he said no it's up to when I call you - which is not at all what I was told on a recorded line. I'm a punctual & responsible individual & I didn't want to hold anyone up, the instruction & agreement clearly stated this is a self-service as they only provide a truck and we are responsible for all of the loading/unloading. I took my daughter & my niece out of school early and we were ready to go at 1:30 just in case they arrived at 2pm. They arrived at almost 7 PM, we were ready & had our stuff on the curb and were ready to load it, regardless of the hours of waiting in this parking lot. However, "lucky" told us to stop -- I thought maybe because we waited hours longer than agreed, we still helped them with all of the stuff they were loading (5 minutes total), & upon arrival we helped with all the stuff being taken out of the truck (another 5-10 minutes maximum- literally), my profession leads me to follow instructions & read contracts carefully, this was a self-service, yet when he arrived he was a bit agitated and was trying to do all of the work for me, I didn't realize why -- I thought it was because he was running late, if I had ever hired movers in my life I knew to tip them and pay them & it was not an issue, but this service strictly stated that they are prohibited from touching our items & we had to do it ourselves. CubeSmart, in fact, confirmed that they're not even supposed to touch our items, therefore I really had no cash on me because I was expecting a driver and the truck as described -- & for us to load & unload everything ourselves as instructed, contacted & agreed to. I was a single mom with two kids with her & I only had four dollars in cash since first, I had to feed the kids that were sitting waiting with me for over 6 hours, & I was expecting self service as was strictly instructed. The 2 guys loaded the truck & helped us, although we were ready and trying to do it ourselves. I handed them all the cash I had, & in turn he said I was disrespectful & shoved the money back towards my chest for me to take it back, obviously this is despicable behavior, tips are not required, especially not when you're 3 hours later than your office staff guaranteed you would be there, furthermore, your company directly indicates that they are providing the truck only & nothing is to be touched by the movers, CubeSmart stated this might be for insurance purposes but tipping is not expected when you're not even allowed to ask for help per contract. Had I known obviously I would've been prepared & taken cash out from an atm, but in any case that type of behavior is unacceptable. Free service, 2 hours, but this company hires movers that force tips & labor that's not permitted. I told the CubeSmart manager what took place, and she said was it "lucky" because I didn't want to stay who -- I asked her why does she say his name, & she said she's had multiple complaints, in fact, he once told her to go "make" a customer tip him. I got the free trucker/driver with my CubeSmart purchase and have to say- very impressed with the service I received! Rico was such a nice guy, very helpful and provided some 5 star service. He was on time, called and gave me an hour window before he arrived. I WILL say, however, CubeSmart and A Super Move need to promote the details a bit clearer. Cubesmart told me I couldn't even schedule a move until I paid for my unit-and to pay for the unit you need your lock present. So once I finally paid, I was able to contact A Super Move to book a move- luckily they had some availability on Sunday (I called on Friday afternoon)! So it all worked out but the way it's advertised is not what it actually is. You only have a 2 hour window to move, $50 for every 30 min over the 2 hours plus tolls and such if you have a longer move. Basically, if you are booking the free move via CubeSmart, just be mindful that you will need to be flexible. read more

I hired this mover company per hour to move my 11 furniture + 5 floor lamps and few contractors bag that are all light weight except for the queens size bed from apartment to a house. There's an elevator. Two guys came to handle the move , friendly though I find them on the slow side. Lots of talking. Don't even bother with this company. They will just not show up with no warnings or calls about anything. Since jimmy here decided to comment and tell me it's a lie, imma elaborate. I booked a truck a few days in advance for Sunday, August 2nd. We were told that the driver will arrive between 4 and 6 PM. We called again August 2nd, and were told the driver is running late and he will call us 30 minutes before he arrives (keep this part in mind). We called again at 7 PM to find out that we can't even leave a voicemail for them to call us back because they are closed at this point. We contacted another company at 8 PM that let us rent a truck in such a small margin of time and we moved all of our stuff. My sister sat outside the house till 9 PM just in case the truck that was initially supposed to come actually shows up, which to our surprise never did with no calls to at least have the audacity to tell us that they won't be coming so we can change our plans. Yesterday my mom left a 1 star review on their google profile about our situation and someone contacted her RIGHT AWAY asking why she put a review like that after they sent an "EXPLANATION" of why the truck never arrived, by sending a screenshot of a driver's phone call history with an outgoing call to my number of 0 seconds. I understood right away this was completely BULLSHIT since the call was made at 3:59 PM and I don't have any missed calls from anyone on that day. So going back to that phone call that I made on the day of the scheduled truck, how do you tell me the driver is running late but then send a photo of the driver's phone that supposedly called me BEFORE I called your office that day? I read a few of your reviews on yelp and google who experienced the same thing. So this review IS helpful because this will let them know that you are unreliable and simply don't care about your customers. The explanation you give is that it happens only to a few people in every hundred schedules, which is probably also bullshit and there are more, but it just shows the people who depend on a truck to help them out like we needed it,to look for a different company so they don't end up preparing everything for it all to come to shit like it happened to us. I read all of the comments here and it definitely made me very cautious to book with A Super Move. I am moving to a storage facility and they recommended I call A Super Move. It was recommended that if I call before 2 days of my move, it will be arranged. The storage manager went the extra mile also told me that to leave a detailed message and someone will get back to me. Seems to me that the biggest complaint from the everyone here is the lack of clear communication. COVID has hit everyone hard and I am always trying to support local companies so I'm willing to give A Super Move the benefit of the doubt. I called about 15 minutes ago for a move I need to be done and am now awaiting a call back. I have not interacted with A Super Move other than leaving my voicemail so felt that starting my review now first will make it a little less unbiased Hopefully doing it in this way will help everyone make an informed decision. I will update this review after my move or if something goes wrong and it does not happen. Edit 1: 30 minutes after I left the message, a woman from A Super Move called me and confirmed the details about the move. She was polite and you could tell she makes these calls often because she gave me all the information I needed and answered most of the questions with ease. She recommended that all items are placed curbside once they call to confirm they are 30 minutes away. They seem to be very busy as I could not get an appointment until 4-7pm for the day of my move. She told me my facility had a special arrangement where they had gate access and could move me in after hours if needed to be. (I hope this turns out to be true). My biggest takeaway from this that you definitely need to call as much ahead of time as you can if you are looking for a particular timeslot. Received confirmation email 10 minutes later. I upgraded the star rating to 4 stars. Will update again after my move. @All, I noticed on their website that there is a contact us link with their e-mail. I sent an email to them as well just to be sure. Edit 2: I finished my move. It only took a little over an hour in all as I already had all my stuff outside. A few days before my move. I was called by super move and told me that most likely that the move would happen towards the latter end of the time window they provided (4-7) because a customer told them they would need an additional stop. The driver called me about 3 separate times that day which was good so I knew about what time they would get there. They ended up getting to my house just before 7 and I had everything unloaded from the truck around 8:15. You could tell that the driver was in a rush because he still had another delivery after this and while I was counting my boxes (before and after the load) he was bit impatient. I'm going to give an update to 5 stars for my review based no the following factors: 1) It was free. The driver reminded when he got there of the 2 hour window and you could tell he didn't want it to go over either (probably because he had another delivery and didn't want to stay out too late). 2) Simple business and I was given adequate communication throughout. 3) A lot of other people's reviews seemed to really focus on the movers attitude. Seriously, who cares? You are getting it for free which is why you hired them in the first place. As long as they are properly handling your goods then just suck it up. But I will say it is very important to be firm about your standards. I was very firm with my driver when we were loading the truck because he wanted to go faster and I wanted to note down each # of box that was loaded. If you're paying for the service, then your expectations can be raised for it but for free service. Service attitude could definitely be better at A Super Move but I'm happy enough with my move altogether. Saved me at least $100 bucks on renting a truck myself. read more

I think all of these "unhappy customers" are just moochers who want to take advantage of "free services." My boyfriend needed to put items in storage. This company is partnered with CubeSmart, and has a promotion - "Truck and driver for 2 hours free." The girl at CubeSmart went over the moving contract fully, including distance (more than 8 miles there is a fee) and cancellation fee if not cancelled before a certain time. The first time we were going to move, something came up suddenly and we had to cancel the same day. Kari called us right back and let us know there would be a $75 cancellation fee (which is on the contract that everyone gets from CubeSmart if you're using the free promo) The second time, the driver was running much later after the intended two hour time window and my boyfriend asked if we could reschedule for the next day without a penality since the driver was running late. Kari said it wouldn't be a problem so we rescheduled for the following day. Today (moving day) the mover (we paid for a mover through the company since my boyfriend didn't have anyone to help him - $100 for two hours - excellent deal) Dwayne kept calling my boyfriend to make sure we were all on the same page. People -- just because a service is "free" or "affordable" doesn't mean "take advantage." My boyfriend is a newbie at moving and didn't know how to help and at one time Dwayne snipped at him because he wasn't doing his fair share. Based on these negative reviews, I take it many people just view these gentleman as labor. They're providing a SERVICE, and thus one should treat them with respect. My boyfriend realized the mistake and Dwayne and him ended up bonding and chatting. He's such a good man and gentleman. These guys are all working hard and wanting to provide for their families. Dwayne is a human Tetris mover! He's so efficicent with stacking things and loading up the carts. A one bedroom apartment move was done in two hours. When the move to the CubeSmart was finished, Dwayne personally came and shook my hand as well as my elderly father's! What a true gentleman and a class act. The final amount was $175 (no upcharge - $100 for the labor and the $75 cancellation fee) and my boyfriend also tipped him (he did not ask at all but after the incredible experience, we had to). I went through cubesmart and got a free move with my unit. I called Super Move about 4 days before my intended move day. The person who got back to me on the phone was very helpful and said the driver would call 30 minutes before arrival. We were told he would drive us to the storage unit and not provide any loading help. Unfortunately, there was a massive downpour when we put out the furniture just as the truck arrived. Benny, the driver went above and beyond! He helped us load during the storm and thanks to him we got everything into the truck before it was soaked too badly. As we started unloading our stuff, Benny came out to help us bring everything up to the unit. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs help moving! I got connected to A Super Move by Cubesmart, however the service was a little disappointing. First of all, the reservation window was very limited and they only provide two hours of service, otherwise they would charge you $50/30mins for overtime. Also they do not provide any labor service, so as I move all the boxes downstairs by myself, my driver was getting impatient at me, that seemed unprofessional, and on top of that, the moving only took 15-20 mins. Then they asked me to not keep him waiting for too long at the storage location out of nowhere when I just finished loading, which is kind of rude. I could only say I appreciate the driver loading the boxes to the truck and moved them out of truck for me, but they could certainly do better at their communication with the customer. read more

Super FAST and thorough service when I used the Cube Smart promotion for a free pickup/drop-off of some furniture I moved into a storage facility. It was a little involved to book, I started by leaving a detailed but quick phone message around midnight and got a call back from a different number later that day. They asked me to repeat all the info, which I had to look up during the call, and scheduled me for my preferred time. The driver was on time the next day and made sure to call me in advance. Friendly guy and funny too. Overall this was perfect for transporting stuff into storage from one neighborhood over and they didn't charge me anything for it. If you book make sure to make the phone call as early as possible with details about addresses and a few time options, and be aware that rescheduling has a fee. read more

I had a great experience with them. Truck and driver were free with new unit at Cubesmart. Driver was in communication with me before scheduled time to let me know he was running late, and continued to update me. Driver generously helped out loading and unloading truck, and getting everything into the storage unit. Storage unit was close by, so the whole process was done in under an hour. They have great customer service; they were very responsive, professional and helpful. The drivers are prompt and will always call you ahead of time to confirm. This was not a super move. I called to confirm our move and booking 3 times and they still got the day wrong. First time I was told it is too early to book you in please call back 10days before your move. I called back and left 2 messages 10 days before about my booking for the 1st of July. I was called back 3 days later and told the only option was 8am-10am on the 1st of July. I was a little Annoyed as I had called very early to get a spot for a van and driver I wanted. But I went ahead and confirmed the booking as I had no option. The service on the call was pretty bad she was rude and talked over me. I confirmed that the booking was for the first and hung up. I called a final time on the morning of my move to ask for an estimation of when then would arrive between 8am and 10am and to ask for the drivers number so I could contact. I was told on the 1st of July (the morning of my move) that I was booked in for the 3rd of July! Wow. Which is incorrect and I have now spent my moving day hiring a van myself and driving myself to my storage unit. Really poor service. Things are stressful enough in a move but for the company to get the move day soooooo wrong?!? It's outstandingly bad service, the lady on the phone was rude every time and didn't send anything to follow up and confirm any timelines or any correspondence. Please don't use them and if you do ask 4 times about your move and they might turn up on the correct day. read more

A Super Move kept in good communication with me before and during the move, answering questions via phone or text immediately. Despite being held up and a little later than projected, Benny the driver kept in good contact with us. When he arrived he went above and beyond what we expected from him, and when we reached our destination he again helped us tremendously. I highly recommend A Super Move and Benny. read more

I'll be honest haven't been a customer but tried to be, there seems to be a recurring problem wether you call before noon or after, no one picks up I was gonna move into cubesmart but when trying to schedule a move with a super move I couldn't get anywhere because no one answered. Update Someone called back and helped me out and I'm currently in the process of moving stuff, I will update my review when my move in is complete. But you are supposed to call with plenty of time being sure to leave your full number so they can get back to you calling and hanging up does not do anything. read more

We received a free truck and driver for 2 hours for our move into CubeSmart. I informed the agent at A Super Move that we were moving a FULL 11 X 18 storage unit from another facility to CubeSmart. They sent a truck that was way too small, and the next day we had to rent a truck and pay a crew again to move the rest of our items at an additional cost of $400. The only thing that they did right was send the truck on time, so they get one star for that. read more

I signed up for CubeSmart storage and got a free move into the storage from "A Super Move". They were courteous and professional and took great care of my stuff. They were also very friendly. They had no problem making an extra stop to drop off one of my items at a friends place on the way to the storage unit. They also packed all my things into the unit so well that I ended up with a ton of extra space and I had so many things I was worried they might not fit at all. read more

I would not recommend using this moving service. While the movers were very efficient and managed to load all of my items into the unit... Unlike movers I have had in the past.. they did not wrap a single piece of my furniture. This lead to the damage of practically every piece of my furniture, several deep scratches into my wood table, a chipped end table, scratched coffee table and a broken lamp. Needless to say I am incredibly disappointed. Original I was going to use the movers that I had used to move into my apartment which charged me only $130 for two hours of work. How ever after leaving CubeSmart they told me that someone would call to confirm the use of a "free truck".. when they did the manager I spoke with convince me to use their moving services and assured me that they were "used to doing this" and are "very efficient and probably the best choice". I was quoted 190 and it ended up being 250. Additionally, we reviewed nothing pertaining to the move, cost, time, etc, until the end of the move. I would not recommend them to anyone and I advised CubeSmart to think twice before recommending them to other individuals for moving purposes. read more
