Superior Collision Rocks! I have had to take my car in three times this year to get body work done (I live in an area where people keep hitting my car.). I have tried other places and was either dissatisfied with the customer service, or dissatisfied with how they did the work. Superior Collision was the best in both departments! They did an excellent job on my car (the entire side needed to be fixed up). They gave me extra service too, including polishing my headlamps, cleaning the front interior of my car, and spraying my newly cleaned tires to make them shiny. Everything looked fantastic! They also fixed some trim work that another (unnamed) body shop did a very poor job with. On top of that, PEDRO was amazing...and so were the others that helped me along the way. Pedro was super friendly, always knew who I was when I called, and he was pro-active on giving me a timeline and made sure to touch-base with phone calls along the way. His pro-active nature and friendliness made me feel safe and relaxed. Additionally, when it was time to pick up the car, I was running very late. He insisted that I take the time to refill the gas in my rental car before leaving the car with him to return to Hertz. My late arrival caused him to stay an extra 45 minutes after hours (filling the gas take, switching my stuff back to my car, signing paperwork)! Eeek! He was friendly and sweet the entire time and said he was happy that I was happy. Now THAT is real customer service. He deserves 5 gold stars and a raise! Update: Yelp works! I got a message from Tim at A-Superior. He apologized for the issue we had, and he arranged for the ding to be fixed at our house and at his expense. Wow! The car now looks as good as new. Thanks, Tim. If the need arises, I'll definitely use A-Superior again. Not a bad place, but only so-so on follow-through. We brought our car in to repair some minor damage. There was also an unrelated ding to a fender. We filed an insurance claim for the main work and figured we'd pay for the ding ourselves separately. We explained this first to Anthony, who said he'd get us a quote for the ding from Dent Pro. We didn't hear back. Then I talked to Israel, who also said he'd get a quote from Dent Pro. Again, no follow-up. Later they called to say the car was done. It still has the ding. read more

Our experience has been consistent -- they finish the job on schedule, their estimates are detailed and accurate, the prices IMHO are right, and the work is flawless, as in "I can't see any hint of previous damage, even with bright sunlight reflecting off it." I was recommended to A-Superior by a customer who is an automotive expert, an owner of a business that sells after-market automotive products. I got into an accident around 9 months back, and although they got the job the done quickly, they definitely didn't do it well. The repair was a hood latch assembly because of an accident where I rear-ended around car. The hood latch still doesn't work. I have to pull the release at least five times to get the damn thing open, and sometimes it's impossible to even get the hood open at all. So much for recommended by Statefarm... I'd avoid this place when it comes to front end damage. read more

This was my second repair I've had done at A Superior Collision in two years. In both cases, I had to have my front bumper replaced, and A Superior Collision did a fantastic job. I took my car in Monday morning this week, and Tim promised I'd have it back by end of day Wednesday. Instead I received a nice surprise call Tuesday afternoon that my car was done and I could pick it up. The car looks good as new, and it was even returned to me washed and vacuumed. Ok so this is my favorite auto body shop. My BMW was in an accident in a parking lot. The other persons insurance took care of everything. I was able to choose from a list of preferred shops. I felt comfortable leaving my luxury car because they were experienced in working on luxury cars. The first time I went for an estimate they then gave me a date to drop it off, maybe 3-5 days later. My car was in the shop for about 9 days. I didn't mine because the insurance proved me with a rental car. "T" touched bases with me during every step of the process. When every something unexpected came up he would call me to for my approval and/or reassurance. I would definitely use them again. Very smooth process. read more

Amazing service. Professional, fast, easy to deal with and very fairly priced. I didn't pay because the damage was covered by the insurance but I asked for another estimate before I was referred to A Superior and the other place would have charge 400$ more!! Greg was of a big help setting everything in place, even with the rental car. When I dropped the car they had already received the replacement part so it took only one and half day to get the job done. I even got the car beautifully cleaned and polished, it looks brand new! I have been using Yelp for choosing businesses recently, and found it quite useful. I would like to contribute to the community with my experiences too. I recently had an minor accident. A-Superior Collision Shop was one of the body shops given to me from the insurance company. I read the reviews on all the body shops close by on Yelp and decided to take a look at a few. A-superior was the first one I went to and ended up to use their service. They made it fairly easy -- they called the Enterprise Rental car for me to pick me up from the body shop so that I didn't have to do anything. The quote was fairly accurate -- they said it takes about one week and asked me if it's OK if they needed one or two days more. I said it was OK since I have the rental car. The job did complete on the 8th day. I didn't receive call from them until the job is completed, but I was fine because I assume they would call me if there is any change to the original quote. The job was quite good. Because they had to disconnect the electrical wire for the body work, they actually called my car dealership to obtain code to make sure the radio working again. Since the dealership wouldn't give them the security code for Navigation system I had to bring it myself and they tried it ensure all are in proper working order. Overall it was quite a simple and pleasant experience. read more
