Took my BMW 3 series in after a fender bender. I got a quote from 3 places, amazingly, M&S Collision was HALF the price of the other two. Skeptical, I expected a price overrun or below average work. I was stunned to see my car returned to me in brand new condition, even the interior was totally cleaned. What's more, they fixed my broken headlight for free which wasn't even part of the fender bender. This is the way business is supposed to be done in America. I had my car fixed from a minor accident that I delayed repairs on for 2 years and the price they quoted me was reasonable and fair and took into account that I wasn't paying with insurance. They even cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. A month and 1500 miles later, a decently sized tree branch rolled under my car and hit the engine cover down below while I was going down the 280. It was hanging off the bottom of my car. Chuck's team offered to take it in that day and get the engine cover all screwed back in and placed properly - all for free. My Nissan Leaf lease-end inspection was coming soon, and I was concerned with a potentially chargeable body damage (a large number of small dings made by my kids), so took it to M&S for a quick inspection, after reading good reviews on Yelp. Chuck didn't disappoint. He gave me a pretty accurate description of what damages were and weren't be charged, and explained clearly how the repair were to be done. In the end, he recommended me to wait until after the lease-end inspection was done, and came back only if the Nissan's damage charge was lower than his quote, which turned out to be the case (even though Chuck's quote was very reasonable IMV). Because of my positive experience, I took my other car to Chuck and have M&S fixed a bumper damage which was long over due. Again his quote was very reasonable, and the repair was very satisfactory, hence this review. read more

I had a really great experience with M&S Collision. I was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of me, needed my front and back bumpers fixed. Tim was super helpful in providing an estimate of the work that needed to be done, but also in explaining what might change (meaning, there might be a lot of damage inside the bumpers that also has to be fixed, which would take even longer to fix). They sent me regular text updates to let me know how things were progressing, and then Tim called me a day early to let me know my car was ready! Super easy. If you have Farmers, they handle everything directly - billing, estimates, etc - so you can just drop off your car to get fixed and pick it up when it's done. Plus, Tim can also set up a rental car for you if you need one - you don't have to deal with all that yourself and coordinate getting picked up + whatnot. Thanks M&S! read more

I went there in the morning and was prepared for picking up my car hours later, but the guy only took 10 mins to find the reason and replaced the light bulb, and he charged me nothing. Usually, I go dealership for the maintenance, but last time I went to Toyota Sunnyvale, they charged me 1000 dollar and didn't even found this issue.
