Our car had a crushed door from an insane person at our gym. (We will find you, you green-car driving maniac...). I picked A-Superior due to the Yelp reviews - and it was a great experience. They helped with the rental, did all the paperwork (I'm with Liberty Mutual who/whom they partner with), and the results look fantastic. I wish I could post a picture so you could see how smooth and seamless their work is on my car. The door is curvy and shiny (Z4) and is a perfect match to the untouched side. Wow... I really like A-Superior Collision Shop! After being referred to them several years ago by my insurance carrier, I reluctanly went to them for repair work. Much to my surprise, they did an excellent job with the vehicle, excellent customer support by coordinating with a nearby rental company, and by working directly with the insurance carrier for the hidden damages. Granted they may not be the best at returning phone calls, their small shop does an excellent job on my vehicle repair, versus managing their phones. I'm ok with that! I'm about to go back to them again for more body work. People just love to hit my wife's car! read more

Recently got into a car accident in my Lexus LS460 and was looking for a good, honest and reputable autobody shop to take my car in for repair. A friend of mine and my brother both referred me to Tim at Superior Collision Shop. My brother recently had an accident too with his LS460 and had his car repaired here and they did a fantastic job. Tim was very courteous, professional and really knew his stuff. He also has very good working relations with the insurance adjustors and I found out he often trains many of them. All I had to do was simply drop off my car and Tim handled everything with my insurance. Upon inspection of the damages, there were multiple modular frame damage and air bags deployed. The car ended up being a total. Throughout the entire process I appreciated the professionalism by Tim and his crew. I hope to never be in another accident like this but should that day come, I will certainly be giving Tim at Superior Collision Shop a call. read more

My husband was hit by a lady on his way to work. First I had the car towed to Normandin Chrysler and was furious at the complete lack of effort to even look at the vehicle or give a thorough inspection. So I then had it towed here. Once the car arrived I spoke with the very friendly service team and they told me Pedro would be working with us to inspect our vehicle. Pedro is seriously the best. He has all the tools and knowledge and not just that, but the honesty and integrity. Our car had severe damage to the front end and the previous shop came up with an estimate of just $8000 for repair, but when Pedro looked at the vehicle it was not just the exterior cosmetic parts of the car that he was looking at but rather the most important part. The structural integrity of the frame of the vehicle. The Truck had been hit with such force our frame was knocked to a severe angle, thus being completely totaled. More than $15,000 worth of damage! I cant believe how the previous shop was just going to fix the little outside pieces and call it all good. It was a brand new truck. Pedro really understands how vehicles work and how safety is measured. If it wasnt for Pedro my husband could still be driving around in a totaly broken and unsafe truck. We were recommended by a friend to come here when our car was in an accident. It's been the best experience we've had. They made it easy. It was turn key from the insurance claim that they handled, to the delivery of the rental while the car was getting fixed, to the final product delivery. My car looks brand new. I think what set them apart from previous shops I've dealt with was definitely the communication and honesty. They send out email and text alerts with the status and lead times of the vehicle, which is cool because it allows for planning. 5 stars for sure! read more

I had such a great experience with A Superior Collision Shop. Seriously, the service I received from Tee was just that....SUPERIOR! Their other staff members were friendly too. I, unfortunately, had an accident with my new car and basically smashed the front corner of the passenger side. Tee communicated with me every step of the process. He kept my husband and I informed with updates and even got me back on the road in my car way earlier than expected. As a mom, it was hard not having a car, but Tee went above and beyond to make sure we got parts for our car in a timely manner and got my car fixed within 4 days vs. 9 days that was quoted. I'm extremely happy with the service and top notch communication that Tee provided. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Regarding the car itself, it looked brand new again! WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are not a reliable company. I went in to get a quote from them about 4 weeks ago. Greg told me that the estimate would take a little while, but he will get back to me as soon as he can. I gave him 7 days (5 businesses days) to get back to me, so I called and was able to get a hold of Tim who told me that Greg had been out of the shop due being sick. I was respectful and understood that these things happen, but Tim promised me over the phone that Greg would get me a quote by 10 AM the next morning. I didn't received a quote from them, so I called to see what was going on. They gave me the excuse that their emailing system was having some issues so they took down my phone number and promised that they would be receiving my quote the same day, as soon as they restart their computer. They also said that if there were any issues after restarting their computer that they would make sure to get back to me to figure out another means of transferring over the quote. It's been 2 weeks since the issue with them emailing system, I have NEVER received a call back and I NEVER received my estimate.... IT DOESN'T TAKE 2 WEEKS TO RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND IT DEFINITELY DOES NOT TAKE 4 WEEKS TO PROCESS AND SEND OUT A QUOTE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They are unreliable and have very poor customer service! The guys take so much time and energy into reading and commenting on these reviews but they can't even provide their actual customers with good service. YELP Works! Shortly after I posted this review, Tim called to talk to me about the issues I had with my car. He explained that he had owned this business in the past and had recently repurchased it. I explained my problem and we agreed to meet. I was on my way out of town so he gave me a ride home and kept my car until I got back. I'm thrilled to report that EVERYTHING was taken care of and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely keep doing business with Tim. He was upfront and honest with me about the issues and kept in touch with me while I was out of town to coordinate the work needed so my car was ready when I got back to town. He explained the issues to me in terms that I (an absolute NON Mechanic) could understand without talking down to me - and he even sent pictures so I could see what he was talking about. He is DEFINITELY the kind of person I want to do business with. I would NEVER take my car back here. Several months ago my car was hit by a drunk driver. They came highly recommended so I took my car there. I specifically told them of the noise it was making in the back end. I waited 2 weeks to get my car back and the first day I drove it, it sounded TERRIBLE. So I took it BACK to them. Apparently they never checked the back end for mechanical damage. It took several more days and I finally got it back. I still thought there was a lot of road noise, but the car wasn't pulling so I thought it must just be me. A few weeks ago I took my car to have my tires rotated and balance and 2 of them were ruined. The one on the back passenger side was completely bald! I had to buy 4 new tires. I took it to another shop to have an alignment and the tech there said there was NO WAY the car had been aligned after the accident. So thanks to these people I had to spend $500 on new tires and $100 to have the car realigned. I've been trying to talk to someone there and NO ONE seems to be available. Their former office now appears to be a towing company and the owner is nowhere to be found. I plan to file a complaint with the state of California. read more

TROUBLE FREE!!!! I dropped off my car and Greg had already called the rental service to come pick me up. I left my car and received regular text messages telling me the progress of the car. About 8 days later, including a weekend, my car was ready for pickup. Everything looks great!!! I picked up the car and they took care of returning the car rental. I own a 2015 Ford F450 Platinum Dually. This is a one-of-a-kind truck and is my pride and joy. Last month while I was up in Jackson I had a mishap with my fifth wheel. I destroyed the tailgate and damage the top of the bed. After getting over my stroke from doing damage to my truck I started to do my homework on who to use. As we all know this is a hard task as everyone has someone that's good. But most of the stories are nightmares. What attracted me to A. Superior Collision Shop was not only the good reviews but I saw some pick up trucks on their website that he had worked on. After making an appointment with Debbie who is very helpful and friendly I went to meet Tim the owner. Tim is a great guy and was so humbled I couldn't wait to work with him. The shop was clean, professional, and large enough to accommodate my truck which is very important. Tim's straightforwardness and confidence is what sold me. My main concern was that the integrity of the bed will be compromised by taking it off to put it on the frame machine. Tim could not guarantee he would be able to pull those rails back up without doing that. But he said he would get into it and let me know. Tim could've taken the easy way out by removing the bed and made more money from the insurance company. But instead he did the most awesome thing he was able to straighten the rails and no paint damage was done to the vehicle. It was totally amazing what he was able to accomplish. Tim was able to get me in at a very timely manner and finished my vehicle ahead of schedule. This was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a body shop. My truck is absolutely flawless. Like it never happened! And not to mention when I went to pick it up and it looked like it just came out of the show room, detailed to perfection! Good job Team at A. Superior Collision Shop. I just had the fender of my 2015 Mustang repaired at this shop. Their repair estimate, compared with those I got from two other shops, was realistic and reasonable. The quality of the repair work is excellent; the paint is all matched up and the fender is well aligned with the hood and door. The staffs were helpful and courteous; a staff gave me a ride home (13 miles one way) after I dropped off my car. I received (optionally) text messages on the progress of the repair work. The car was ready one day earlier than promised. I noticed a little noise when opening and closing the door next to the fender but not sure if it was there before or after the repair. Tim, the owner, had his repairman inspected it and got rid of the noise completely in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place. read more

This company is heavy on customer service! They did not do any work for me, BUT, I went in for a quote on body work. Originally, I was in a minor scrape on the driver side. Under normal circumstances, this would warrant body repair. With a tight budget and an older car, I explained to Greg that I didn't want to make a large investment in the repair. Greg understood and proceeded to get on his hands and knees, and using a cleaning compound and wax, wiped the scrape marks off of the damage. He also applied body wax and buffed the car. It wasn't like new but I was impressed with his "over-the-top" effort in acknowledging my concerns regarding minimal cost and showing me possible alternatives. I learned about this company through Yelp and had not been there before. Should I need work to be done in the future, they will be my first choice. read more

5 stars for amazing effort from Tim and his team. I went in with my busted bumper/fender and splash shield, which were both hanging down. Also my steering was janked up, making noises and resisting turning. I thought it was caused from a slow 1mph crash into a wall. Tim educated me that most likely its due to my car being low to the ground and the fender grabbing onto curb stoppers. Now I am more aware of those nasty curb stoppers especially with these low cars. I came in on Tuesday got an estimate for 700$ (fifty fifty for labor and parts, labor cost seems very fair to me especially since I dont know how to do fix those myself - plus there was a high level of professionalism and accuracy). I drove in my car on Thursday (it took one day for the parts to get there). They offered rental service, and I said no thanks, but I should of got it as driving around might of made my car worse (eitherway whatever it was it was fixed by Tim and his team). I brought my car in late on Thursday and it was ready for pick up Friday morning. Car looked nice and clean and they even fixed the power steering. Tim educated me on the power steering and all thats involved in that closed system. How and why it was making the noises & explained what to fix & how much to fix it & recommended a good mechanic to fix it. +5 points for helping educate the customer, I feel thats always an important trait in any engineering/mechanic type of service. I do IT work and its important we educate our customers as well. read more

I was refered to A-Superior by my insurance company. When I agreed to have them repair the car, they asked me how often I wanted to be updated on the progress of the repairs! They completed the repairs when they said they would for the price they had estimated. I called them when the 'check engine' light came on a week after I got it back. They said to bring it in right away and they would get a rental for me. It was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They always called me when they said they would and went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on and at the end what had been done. Whenever I called during business hours, the phone was answered by a person (not voicemail) who almost always knew the answer to my question. Hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon, but I would not hesitate to return or to recommend them. They could teach a lot of other businesses about good customer service! read more
