I called Kids First this morning and they got me an appointment the same day! Turns out she does have a cavity and they handled it that same day. Heather was incredibly rude, and very loud about her complaints to the point that the Doctor had to step in and confirm that we were doing the right thing. Every doctor we have seen over the last 4 years has been great, but due to Heather and the lack of support we won't be returning unless it's resolved.

The staff claimed they had called and texted me beforehand, but I never received any calls, voicemails, or text messages. What was most frustrating was the lack of any apology or empathy. Instead of trying to help or acknowledging the inconvenience, the staff were rude and dismissive. This was also our third visit to this office, so it was especially disappointing that something as basic as insurance verification wasn't handled properly before our appointment. Having two children's appointments canceled after taking the time to get them there was incredibly frustrating. I expected much better communication and customer service from a pediatric dental office. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I can't recommend this practice.

This is a testament to how loving and kind Dr Brown and ALL the staff are. They make my daughter feel heard and noticed. She completed a crown and stayed completely still the whole time while Dr Brown cleaned up her teeth. She did not need sedation because she trusted Dr Brown and his staff. I couldn't believe how much has changed since choosing Kidtastic. I'm proud of my daughter and also so glad we came here for the second opinion. Due to the…read morerudeness of your office manager towards me when I was trying to tell her that one of the codes that she said wasn't covered actually is covered. I went to another dentist who billed my insurance for that code and my insurance paid it. All she kept telling me was that she's been doing this for seven years and nobody has ever paid on that code instead of getting on the phone with my insurance company and verifying it. I've been a long time patient of Queen Creek Smiles and I love Dr. Jolley. But I will not allow somebody to speak to me in the manner in which she spoke to me. She was very condescending. Then to top it all off. They billed me for the time I spent with him going over that code, even though I had a cleaning that day.
