And a few inches on top of that, because, well, he's a lot taller than Russ. I appreciate that he refers us out to other mechanics when it's not something he can do. My husband called Ryan and talked with him. My husband, having done a fair amount of research, had the idea of doing a pretty large modification, mostly for safety and comfort sake. Ryan explained to him why he would not do much of the work that my husband was thinking of having done. He gave my husband clear understanding of what actually needed done based upon his experience with his own van and how my husband described how we would use the van. He did not try to upsell us on anything, and in fact undersold us, but the end product ended up being exactly what we needed. His shop did great work, they were super fast and the price was more than reasonable. We couldn't be any happier with the work that Ryan and his team did-they made the whole process seamless between them and Scenic Vans. We were able to pay without even coming into the shop. I checked my receipt and sure enough it wasn't listed as a repair. wanting my Honda spark plug wires back, i went back to the shop and everyone looked at me like I was crazy. I drive a classic Honda. I know wats in my engine but I've had other things swiped out from other auto repair shops as well. I don't trust any auto shop in Auburn anymore except the dealership. I only go there for repairs as I havnt experienced any surprises when my car is returned. I'm a woman and most all auto repair shops treated me as though I was stupid. Honda dealership does not.
