We love this place! They not only do they provide excellent care and loves from the staff, to whom are super accommodating and actually affordable! We have been taking our Doberman since we moved here and he was still a puppy. He stays for a couple days to "Go Party" with his friends and just go bananas! He loves it! I love when I pick him up, he's so happy and tired! I can tell he partied hard because he always has a "Doggy Hangover" for the most part of 2 days after! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your fur babies to go party and be doted on by the amazing staff. Love that they also groom him before I pick him up. DON'T forget to tip the staff well! They go above and beyond. Thanks guys! Deanna, Kev, Killer and KJ

Please do not board your dog here! I paid over the phone for one week of boarding and doggie daycare every day) before dropping my great Dane off for the week. When I dropped him off they wanted me to pay again and when I picked him up they had no record of me paying and again asked for payment. I don't think he did anything but lay in the kennel all week. When I picked him up he acted sad and traumatized- barely looked at me and bolted for the door. His elbows were completely singed like he layed on hot concrete the whole time even though I gave them his really thick bed. He's still not eaten or wanted to do anything other than sleep four days later.

Happy Pups that had a great time at A VIP!

Left my dogs here for 2.5 days this past weekend and as always they were well cared for! Right now due to COVID-19 they are bathing all dogs before they go home which is awesome and so considerate! Also FIY any pick up after noon is charged an additional day. Thank you for being reliable and taking such good care of our babies!

KEEP YOUR FUR BABIES AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I regret leaving my baby here for the ONE day I left him here!! Who knows what would've happened if I would have left him here longer (I had it scheduled for 5 days originally because I was going out of town for work). I dropped him off right before they closed and I had a bad gut feeling because I saw another dog being dropped off (the dog had been there before based on what the owner said to the person working there) and the dog looked scared and didn't want to go with the guy working there. But I just figured the dog was sad and didn't want to be away from the owners. After I left I couldn't stop thinking about it and later that night I started looking up reviews and was HORRIFIED. I saw ALL the pictures of severe injuries and the owners accounts of dogs coming home emaciated, skittish, traumatized, covered in feces!!!! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS???? Why isn't something being done about this and them being investigated?? I immediately wanted to go get Maui but they were closed. I worried all night. But in the morning it dawned on me that I don't need to wait until their opening hours I could bang on the door and tell them I need Maui now. I went at 6am and I managed to find someone in the front outside and I just told them "its an emergency and I need to get my dog now". They let me take Maui and we left asap. As I was driving home I noticed one of his nails was completely ripped off and bloody. I thought this could be from scratching...but how would that make sense if his other nails are perfectly fine only the ONE "thumb" nail is completely ripped off. I truly hope it was just from scratching and that nothing happened to him like all the other people on here have had happen to their dogs. I took him to the vet immediately and he had to get sedated and his wound cared for and put on antibiotics. He was also EXTREMELY thirsty after just the one day. Which makes me suspect that they didn't give him water because it was so extreme he was licking the outside of a water bottle and when I gave him water he drank sooo much. I regret not looking at these reviews earlier...before I left him there. Please be careful and don't take your baby here and risk them being injured or traumatized!!!!!! Thank you to the others on here that are warning about this place for others to protect their pups. I would have probably kept him there at that terrible place if I hadn't seen all these reviews, so I just wanted to contribute to warn others.

I'm a bit iffy on this place. Why? So I have been to a few of the daycares around town. There's a…read moreparticular style of daycare that I don't find to be very stimulating for dogs and this place kind of fits that format. While it is convenient for me, when I watch the cameras, it looks like the dogs are just wandering around like zombies. Usually other daycares have more interaction with staff. There's maybe one staff member to like 15 or 20 dogs. The other thing is I'm not entirely sure they actually understand dog behavior. Because a lot of the dogs are restless and have zero structure, they don't have great socializing manners. My dog is an intelligent breed who will correct dogs who are rude or in his face and it gets tiring for him if he's doing that more than the staff. So when they told me that they had put him away because he was air nipping at dogs, that was strange. I've never had a report of him having behavior issues. Now if they had told me he seemed tired and needed to be to decompressed, that's fine. Maybe it was the staff's wording. And why she needed to report it to me I don't know because that's just a normal part of daycare and dog behavior. So after reading the reviews I did see instances in which dogs that are being aggressive to begin with or annoying aren't being corrected and then when the dog goes to correct them, which is dog etiquette, the dog who asserts boundaries to protect themselves gets punished? That to me shows a lack of understanding about dog behavior. I've watched the webcams at other daycares, and staff know how to separate dogs or to keep things from escalating and know when it's appropriate to put a dog away in a crate for a little time without making the dog feel bad or without making the owner think there's some big issue. I'm trying to gauge whether he actually likes going here. He comes home tired but not looking happy. And whenever we go there in the morning, he tends to whine, which he doesn't do at the other locations we've been. So this one will probably start getting rotated out of his daycare choices for the week. But on the positive side, I do like that they have a little events for the dogs or special treats and get your permission. I just don't feel very confident that it's anything more than just like a room full of dogs all walking around in circles. Like at least interact with them a little bit? Maybe add another counselor or two per group? Make me feel like everybody is taking classes about dog behavior and understand different dog breeds and how dogs are meant to interact? Also the webcam never seems to work very well. I'll watch on the phone or don't even try to watch on the laptop and it goes in and out but at least they have a webcam because barx parx doesn't. And there may be people and dogs who love this place or love the locations in other parts of Las Vegas but for intelligent breeds, I just don't think this place is very stimulating or matches well with his needs. Maybe this is just what happens when you take a bunch of dogs regardless of personality and throw them in together. Dogs have different play styles and some dogs are annoying to other dogs. But here, it just feels like a major free-for-all. The staff are mostly friendly, but maybe also communicating different things to the dog owners in a different way would have probably avoided me feeling less confident about this place because now I'm worried about who my dog is with during the day. If you don't know dogs, that's kind of concerning.... And I'm not seeing anything in my experience or my dog's reactions or through the webcam that makes me feel confident... And with that many dogs per one counselor, I can see where it would be easy for a dog to get hurt.

The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place as a safe and caring environment for your pup. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies in someone else's care, and this team truly puts our minds at ease. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue to use their services.

Stephy is absolutely amazing at what she does. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field and made the entire experience both fun and educational. Over the course of six weeks, we saw such a positive transformation in our puppy, Moose. The group class was small and intimate, which made it easy for both of us to be involved in the training process. What we really appreciated is that Stephy wasn't just training our puppy she was also teaching us about puppy behavior, communication, and how to be better dog parents. She was so patient with us (and Moose!) every step of the way. Moose genuinely looked forward to going to class every week, which says a lot. Thank you so much, Stephy, for everything.
