If I could give this place a no star I would. I went in to get my passenger side mirror replaced. Just the glass. Ordered it and went in two weeks after. Keep in mind I had to call and remind him to order the piece that I had given a down for already. Constantly calling until it finally arrived. I went on a Saturday and they removed the broken and come back and tell me they ordered the wrong piece for my Mirror. Blamed that it was a Mercedes so they didn't order the correct one even when I left ALL the car info. So the owner told me he'd leave the wrong one on and in two weeks the correct one should arrive and he'd replace it. I let a whole month go by. And I'm calling him to know updates on the mirror and he never ordered it. So when I finally got fed up with driving with the wrong mirror and just being played with, I asked him to tell me know if he'd do the job if not I wanted my money back because I got the wrong mirror placed on my car and I've been dealing with this issue for over a month. And he was RUDE MEAN DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO GO THERE AND SAVE THEMSELVES FROM A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have received the some of the best service here. I very seldom leave reviews, only when absolutely blown away, and this is one of those instances. Sal has taken care of me and I greatly appreciate it. My last visit with him was to replace a window a free my girlfriends car was broken into. My sister in law referred me to A 1 Auto Glass her company uses them for their company trucks at Vortex. I called yesterday for a quote to replace my windshield on my 2014 Jeep Patriot and it was very reasonable, fairest price i have received. $160 flat rate no tax! & even he had an appointment for today. The gentleman called me to let me know he was on his way. He got to my house at 10am and he let me know he would finish in 45 mins and sure enough he finished at 1045am on the dot! Got windows tinted here. Easily the worst tint job ive ever seen. I made an appointment to get some of the worst windows redone, showed up for the appointment, to be told they cant redo my window tint as they have paying customers cars to work on. I said I had an appointment, and was a paying customer. They didnt care, and said I had to come back during the week when they didnt have paying customer jobs. I told them I worked during the week and couldnt bring my car in then, thats the reason I made the appointment for that saturday. They could care less and sent me away. Im still stuck with a terrible tint job and now have to pay another shop to fix this mess of a tint job. read more

I have gone to this place twice now to get window tint done on 2 different cars. On my first car, I had the limo tint done on all windows, which looked super sleek, but earned me a ticket 3 years after I got it done. Hey, I knew it was illegal when I got it, and at least I got to go 3 years with it, right? Weird part is, I went 3 years with it and then got pulled over by 2 different CHP officers TWICE in 3 days. Weird, right? But I digress. The tint job NEVER bubbled up, like it tends to do from some places. It stayed looking brand new the entire time. AND when calling around to get prices on getting the tint removed (for my ticket), I was quoted by several different places at 30-60 bucks. WTH?! That's crazy. I called A-1. 10 bucks! I brought it in and they removed it within a half hour, so I had just enough time to take my car by the sheriff's dept. to get my fix-it ticket checked off and then...take my car to trade it in. I was ready for a new car anyways. A week later, I brought my new car in to get the tint done here. At the dealership, they wanted to tack on 600 dollars to the price for factory tint. I told him I can get it done for 120. He said factory tint doesn't peel or bubble. I told him the shop I go to does a great job that doesn't peel or bubble either. He gave up on trying to sell me that. I would definitely recommend this place for window tinting. My husband wants to get his car done, and we're taking his in soon. Oh, and if you keep your receipt, you can bring your car in to get the tint fixed free of charge should any problems arise with it. read more

They replaced a broken window on an auto and then tinted it. There was a problem with the tinting and they refused to come back and fix it. They said to meet them half way. Funny when they wanted the original job they didn't say meet them half way. Terrible customer service I would never use them again read more

Great service yet! They did my windshield in less than an hour and went to my home to do it...I wanted tint which was done in the warehouse for better quality to block any dust or wind which I did not mind because it came out great! I've had the same tint for over two years with no problem..would definitely recommend plus they give warranty on the tint if u keep your receipt! read more
