DO NOT COME HERE!!! I curse the day I decided to come in, do not trust this place, they might kill you!!! My story: Stoped by to get a quote for tires and wheels. 2 days later I called to order only tires and Happy (owner's name) said to come in because he had them in stock. I came in, Happy told me a lie and he actually didn't have them at all. He searched in the back of the shop, found some other tires that were good fit for my car but told me that they were more expensive. I came from far, got struck in traffic and I didn't want to come back again so I agreed to pay more. After installation I left and went on with my day. When I got home I took a closer look at my expensive tires just to discover that they were wrong load, in fact illegal to drive in state of California. So I called right away (same day) and told him he made a mistake. He tried to convince me to keep the tires since I already used them and advised to drive slow, not to speed nor give hard brakes. It is so unethical and wrong on every level possible to do this. To begin with I am a very responsible driver plus I have a baby in the car so I explained over and over and over again why I couldn't keep them. He agreed to order proper tires with some extra cost which I agreed, I did everything to fix his mistake. I called next morning and Happy informed me that new tires were coming at noon not to come in and he would give me a call. HE NEVER CALLED. Weekends passed by and I called again Monday morning, Happy said to come at 3pm. I was there few minutes early just to discover he never ordered proper tires, instead he again tried to convince me that he sold me proper tires. Something is seriously wrong with this man!!! After I insisted on the right tires to be installed, he again talked me into getting more expensive tires, at this point I didn't care about the money, I just wanted right tires, wanted to leave and never come back to this scammer again. After 2 hours of just waiting, he disassambled my car, no new expensive tires in the store and at this point I started to cry and called Police. I didn't want to keep my car so disassembled overnight. This was so wrong, I just couldn't reason with this man, he was yelling and swinging his hands, I got scared and I needed help, all I wanted is the right tires or full refund and I got none. He just became rude and completely uncooperative that is why I needed Police. Happy lied to the Police in front of me, I couldn't believe to my ears the story he was telling them, lies after lies after lies. Some guy in the back , maybe his brother, left with a van and came back after 20 min with my tires(maybe he went to buy them from some other store, I don't know), they got installed while the Police waited, I finally left. Happy never he said "I'm sorry" or "it was an honest mistake, let me make it right". Horrible business practice, all I can say is DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!! My car: 2017 Tesla S P100D My old tires: 245/45R19 102Y (extra heavy load) nothing less than 102 is allowed. New wrong tires: 245/45R 19 98V (Standard load) illegal load and prohibited for 2017 Tesla S P100D. 1 - I gave proper tire requirements. 2 - if he missed point 1, the old tire measurements were also on my old tires he took off. 3 - if he missed point 1 and 2, the proper tire measurements are on the door of my vehicle. He had every chance to do it right. Next morning I went to Americas Tires just to have them check my car, the tire light was not adjusting right. They told me that he only put 4 bolts and the tire was coming off the car. I would have had an accident any minute and even could have died. I then asked them to check ALL my tires. The mechanic discovered that the lugs were different sizes, some were corroded so they had to be replaced. Plus due to incorrect wheel installation they broke my hub ring, now it is jammed so badly that I will need to fix it properly in a specialty store. At this point I am so angry and furious!! This is not right!! Happy seriously damaged my car, he will pay for all related damages due to the jammed broken hub ring, who knows how much it will cost to fix it. I will absolutely report him and his store, one day he will KILL someone and he absolutely needs to be investigated and shut down. read more

Just bought 4 tires for my wife from this place. My wife told me she had a low tire pressure alert on her dash. I went to inspect the tires and noticed there was a large gash on the right front tire. Idk why this was installed on the vehicle. There is nothing in the tire, but the gash is there. My wife doesn't drive on the freeway or expressway so I'm not sure if this was there and they just installed it anyway, but it's very concerning. To call this place a rip off is an understatement. My mechanic was out of town so I needed to see a mechanic cause my wheels were squeaking really bad when I got to this place I asked the gentleman to check my brakes cause that's what I thought it was he actually right away, came back and said it was my brakes and all my brakes were bad and they needed to be replaced I said OK he quoted me $700 which is a little bit more than what my other Mechanic charges me but again I was in a bind. I needed them done I guess so he told me one hour. I gave him an hour and a half. I came back. It still was not done. My truck was on the lift then he tells me it's gonna be a little bit more time then he gives me the bill. The bill was over $1000 when I asked him. Why is it 1000 he said my parts were hard to find make a note that my car was still up on the lips when he said it was done so I didn't wanna argue my car was on lifts so I paid the man and then he told the guy to bring my car down. I went to my mechanic because the squeaking was still happening. It ended out that my brakes were fine. He said because he checked him last time he checked my car when he did my oil change, it was my axle was off cracked more like it and that was the squeaking so I got charged over $1000 for brakes. I didn't need it and he didn't even see that my axle was broken. That's what I needed fixed so again big rip off don't go to this place. He's just after your money and he will quote you one thing and then charge you over $300 more will never go to this place again and I've told plenty of people never to go here. read more

Within a couple of weeks my tire pressure light was on again and I discovered my valve stem cap was missing. Went in for a road force balance and an alignment and it seems like I was better off not getting anything touched at this shop in the first place. Car had very bad vibrations and the steering wheel wasn't aligned straight. Tires were about $80 for the road force balance and the alignment was $90. Waste of money. Usually an a technician would drive your car around to test how your cars alignment is but all they did was rev out your engine in the parking lot driving forward, reversing, then going forward again to "test the alignment." Avoid this place if you get any suspension work done and need your car aligned. read more

SAFETY RISK: Horrible service, I've used this shop which is ran by Happy and his brother for 2 years now. I do not recommend them to anyone despite the deceiving "good deals" I had 4 new tires installed because I wanted to safely drive my newborn nephew to the hospital and I felt big vibrations on the freeway. Took the car back twice while Happy pretended to be on the phone for 45 minutes to avoid me. His brother tried to rebalance the tire but the problem persisted. 3 days later on the freeway the tire exploded with the 2 week old baby in the car, but luckily I was able to stop safely and change the tire at another shop. My car got a flat tire on El Camino Real. It went from completely full to completely empty in about 300 yards. I don't have a spare (it's an electric) and AAA wanted to tow it miles away. I saw that A1 was only about 0.1 miles away. I was able to use the emergency inflater to get a little air in the tire and drive it the final few yards. The tire hit empty again as I pulled into the parking lot. They patched the hole immediately and charged a very fair price on a Saturday morning. It turns out I had driven over a pair of SCISSORS.
