Needed to help a friend in the early am hours and this spot was open. They were busy already even at opening but was extremely courteous to answer questions and give me an estimate. They were able to change out four truck tires for some other customer fast . They were happy from the looks of it. When it was my turn, he fave me two options and price points. Unfortunately popped my tire on the way home one evening. I was able to make it home with no worries, but my tire was absolutely gone. I knew I needed to change my tires anyways as the treads were bare. I had called a tow truck and the tow truck operator suggested I go to Charity Tires. I gave them a call, and the attendant on the phone was super helpful. He was interested in what tires my car had currently and didn't try to upsale me anything. He made sure though the tires I had were the tires I wanted in case I did want to upgrade. I was quoted a price on the phone, and it was cheaper than other pricing I had seen since I had been shopping around to replace my tires. My popped tire simply sped up my process. My car was dropped off in the morning and was ready by 5pm same day. They're open past 5pm so I was able to go after work. TL;DR - knowledgeable, affordable & helpful! Took my 2008 Honda CRV to Honda dealership a few times and upon inspection recommended a few important jobs that were needed. The job they quoted was very expensive and sad to say not only did they recommend a thing or two that wasn't needed but also could not figure out a long going issue the car had. Tried Charity Tires and told them exactly what Honda Dealership said. They were able to fix the issues at about 40% less cost. Charity tires are honest and customer service is outstanding! I needed to make an unplanned trip to Reno and got ready to leave on a Friday night. The low tire pressure light came on so I examined the tires and the left rear tire had a nail in it so I had to wait until Saturday morning. I called a couple of tire places about fixing my tire. The first, a well known tire brand, mumbled that he would try to fit me in and quoted price starting at $30. The second no longer repairs tires and recommended Charity Tires. I called them and was told to bring the car in and they would get right on it. I went to Charity Tires and they were courteous, prompt and fixed the tire for $25 cash. I was impressed how an older man was teaching and guiding a young man who was eager to learn and did a great job. Short review this time around. I've been coming here for yearsssss when it comes to my tires or when getting my alignment. What I like is that they do sell used tires if you don't wanna spend the extra money on a new one. But when buying used tires, it's CASH ONLY. If you're buying new tires, it's cash or card. They also offer a free alignment and lifetime tire rotation under 3 conditions: 1) you purchase 4 BRAND NEW tires from them 2) print out the coupon from their website and give it to them when you get there 3) for the lifetime tire rotation, you have to show them your receipt And if you show up right when they open (when there are usually no other customers) then more than 1 person works on your car, so it's a little quicker. I've checked a lot of other tires shops for pricing and deals, and Charity was still cheaper; even cheaper than Costco! I'll continue to keep coming here as long as their prices are still low and they continue to do good work. read more

I had a large puncture in my tire and they were super responsive when I called to ask if they can help with fixing it. Brought my car in and they were super friendly and helpful, telling me about the type of tire and explaining there may not be a chance they could fix it if it was a certain type of tire.
