I'm really deeply disappointed in A10 today, which is a shame, because I'd been before and really liked it. I made a reservation more than 2 weeks ago for valentines brunch with my friends, so tell me why I got a call this afternoon (Feb 14th) at 12:10pm (our reservation was at 1:30) that they not only weren't serving brunch, but also weren't open until 4pm..huh?! Where was any of this advertised-it wasn't. So now, not only am I scrambling to get ready, but I'm also coordinating with friends to find a new brunch place last minute, which is especially difficult on Valentine's Day. This place is kind of incredible. A10 Kitchen does something most restaurants/bars don't, give you the right amount of food/drink at the right price that's high quality. A10 is great all-around, but specifically their happy hour is outstanding. The HH menu has some of the best food out there and they understand that it's not about quantity, it's about quality. You'd be hard pressed to find as juicy a burger and fries as this for the price point. Drinks are equally incredible. A10 is all about value, there's no regrets/remorse. They've got an inside and outside. On a nice day, outside is fantastic. Inside can get a bit crowded and a bit loud. Surprisingly, the staff is pretty stellar and making sure things get done quickly and done well. I've never had to wait long for someone to come around to take an order. I've never waited long for a drink or food to arrive. Really great staff that handles the pressure of being a hot spot very well.
