Their aggregate rating was kind of low so I looked at the details. The only complaints they had were mistakes the DMV made and somebody that only talked to Joe on the phone. The guy that talked to Joe on the phone didn't like Joe. Now Joe was probably just in the middle of something because it's a small shop and he and Sue do everything But that's just the first impression maybe catching Joe at a bad time. I like the bus because it had a wheelchair lift and I need one because this bus fulfills my dreams of traveling in spite of challenges. Then we cut a hard deal with them. Negotiated real well and they gave us a good deal, which I'm sure they weren't happy with. That being said even though we negotiate hard with them a bit they were really kind and gracious. Went far out of their way to make sure everything went our way. They bent over backwards did way more than anybody could ask a car dealership to do. They're honest and decent people. And yeah Joe doesn't always have the best phone skills but his hearts in the right place. You can trust these people.
