I had several car models in mind and Evan took all my requirements down and he quickly came back with some cars for me. I wanted to test drive them which he arranged with the dealerships fleet mgr. let me tell you that was great because I didn't have to worry about the salesman trying to sale me their car. I just showed up and drove the car then left. Evan was so patient with me as I had changed my mind a few times. He walked me through looking at some comparisons and I finally made my choice with the 2026 Lexus RX350 Hybrid. He even helped me with deciding whether to use my old car for a trade in. When I saw I wasn't getting a good trade in amt, he suggested taking it to Carmax for a quote. In the end I went that way since I didn't want to hassle with selling the car on my own. I sold it to Carmax and didn't have to spend time trying to haggle with a buyer. The best part was the new car was delivered to my house and it was quick and painless. When they sold me my 2010 Prius in June of 2024, they didn't mention that it was under a…read moremanufacturer's recall due to Toyota's faulty paint job. I only found out about the recall when the paint started peeling in May of 2026, and that's also when I learned that the recall only lasted till May of 2025. So I had to pay full price at Maaco on Harbor Blvd. to get the car repainted instead of getting it free since I didn't know anything about the problem before the recall expired. And while the car was at Maaco getting repainted, the brake line started leaking. They called the mechanics at Rallysport across the street, and they discovered that the whole underside of the car is corroded. The mechanic even suggested that the car had to have more miles on it than the odometer said judging from the amount of rust and the wear on the brake pads. But at least the brakes failed when it was in the shop rather than when I was out driving...

He answered all our questions and provided a very good background on the vehicle. When we went to drive the car it was clean, ready to drive and he allowed us to take it anywhere we wanted. Carfax was provided and it was consistent with the condition of the car. Unfortunately we could not schedule a PPI but thankfully the car fully checked out clean after purchase, whew. Rex took care of the purchase process and made it one of our easiest transactions. I know the reviews here are on both sides of the spectrum, but when buying a used car it's important to do your due diligence and get everything in writing. It would have been a 5 star review but, and I shared this with Rex, their showroom looks like a frat house. You have 100-200k$ cars and there are water bottles and junk food lying around, and broken chairs to sit in. Great selection of cars at a fair price, so if you find what you want don't be dissuaded by the showroom.
