After hit shot you can see muffler was badly bent

Repairs done to my 2023 Suburban Shop attempted to leave damaged parts which they were paid for to replace. Paint job is low grade and overall attention to detail is non-existent. Took my car to the shop, the estimated time given to me was 3-4 days after approval from the insurance company. I received a copy of the estimate in the mail which I reviewed during pick up of my vehicle to make sure each item was replaced that was paid for by the insurance company. I also had taken photos of each area of damage prior to taking my car into the shop. About three weeks after drop off, I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon inspection of my vehicle I could see the following had either not been replaced or was poor workmanship - Muffler which was badly bent and damaged in the crash (it was a rearend hit) was not replaced, Although it had been paid for by insurance, the old muffler and exhaust system had just been bent back and was still dented and damaged and hanging down below the bumper which is not how the stock muffler was mounted. I brought this to the attention of Alex (shop owner) and he said he was sorry and would order the new muffler right away. - Rear bumper which was supposed to be replaced had a long vertical scratch along the left side. I brought this to their attention as well and they said they would replace the bumper when I bring the car in for the new muffler. - Tow hitch cover was badly scratched and not replaced, again Alex said he would order the new one once the car came back. - The pain on the upper portion of the bumper was nearly dull like a matte rubber look and did not match the shine of my nearly brand new vehicle. There was visible fine grains of what looked like sand that was under the paint, making the appearance lumpy. I pointed this out and Alex told me it will go away in a week. - The corner by the rear light on the bumper was cracked and looked touched up with a nail polish brush. I pointed this out to Alex and he agreed that the whole bumper would need to be removed and repainted again. I contacted the shop a week later and brought it in for the second wave of repairs and re-dos. I asked for receipts of all items purchased so I could match with the list of what was paid for by the insurance company. He showed me the brand new muffler and exhaust as well as the tow hitch cover. Alex assured me that this second time around would be perfect. Four days later a woman called me from the shop and explained some out of the ordinary excuses as to why the car was not fixed properly the first time and told me it was ready. I went to the shop and found that the muffler had been replaced, the tow hitch cover, the crack was fixed to near perfection, and minor things like broken clips and loose screws were also addressed. I spent about 20 minutes under the car and behind the bumper making sure everything had been addressed. There were two small white spots about 12mm in size that were missing paint. I let the man at the shop know but he was unable to assist so he called the woman I had spoken to earlier. She explained that on older vehicles like mine, it is hard to get them perfect and that if I left the car there they would touch up the paint. I declined this as I needed my car and lost faith in their ability to paint. The woman also told me that she was at a Porsche dealership and could see many issues with paint on even the brand new cars. I thought it best to not continue the conversation. I paid the shop the balance of the deductible that was due and said thank you to the service man. The shop allows smokers within the garage so I had to get my car detailed after picking it up and it still has a cigarette smoke scent which should fade eventually. I have all photos to substantiate these facts and I encourage people to check the work that shops do, had I not been diligent I would be driving around with a damaged muffler and exhaust system unknowingly which may even affect the car's ability to pass Smog testing at some point. The first three photos are of the vehicle after it was hit and prior to bringing it in for repairs. The photos that follow are of after the first and then second wave of repairs

I explained this issue over the phone, and again when I arrived. The shop said my front brakes and rotors were worn, so I had both replaced. I assumed this was the reason for the noise. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the price seemed fair. However, after the replacement, the same noise was still there - which was the main reason I came in to begin with. My front brakes would need replacing eventually, but I went in mainly to diagnose the noise. They offered to check the front brakes again for free. They put my car on the lift to listen for brake noise. While I could clearly hear the high-pitched noise each time when braking, the owner said he was unable to hear it. This confused me, because my wife and child can hear the noise every time we leave the driveway. When they backed my car out, we all could hear the high-pitched noise from the rear brakes (not the front brakes). It felt like my main concern wasn't fully addressed during my first visit. I felt like I was first sold a repair (new brakes) before having my actual concerns addressed (noise). Now I'm doubting whether I also needed to replace my water pump that day - which they said was leaking when I first visited to get the brake noise checked. I paid to replace that too, but was it actually necessary, or an upsell? They said they'd take off the rear wheels for $80 to check for debris and clean them, but at this point I'm not confident they would be able to diagnose my issue anymore. I don't want to spend any more money at this shop to check something that should have been checked when I asked on my first visit. To reiterate, all of the staff were friendly and I was treated respectfully and honestly - just to be clear for anyone reading to the end. But I will be looking elsewhere for a shop that listens to customers' concerns before charging for work. UPDATE: After reading the owner's response, I feel shocked. Again, I originally came in only to diagnose a noise - not specifically to replace brakes or rotors (or a water pump). I was happy to pay for new ones in order to solve my issue - the noise. I clearly communicated I was trying to solve the noise both times. I don't appreciate being told it's my fault for not pointing out exactly which wheels the noise was coming from. I'm downgrading this from a 3-star to a 1-star review due to this response. UPDATE 2: No, I was not shown any of my old or new parts before or after replacement - I sat in the waiting room while the work was being done; during the second visit, I was only shown my own car on the lift while trying to diagnose the sound, without any parts removed. But I'm not sure what that has to do with my review. My original noise concern was not resolved, and they didn't seem able to diagnose my issue. The owner's replies to my review sound very unprofessional and accusatory (do you reply like this to every review that's not 5 stars?) and I won't be replying here anymore.
