The person who hit me offered to pay my repairs cash, so I went around my area and got quotes from 3 shops near me. Kings of Body quoted me the best price. On top of that, they were extremely patient, kind, understanding, and reassuring. Being a young girl and finding car help on my own, it can be really daunting to figure things out and trust that my best interest is being looked out for. Sev (who I believe is the manager) was so extremely kind and caring in helping me resolve my car issues. He even kept me updated from his personal phone for when the parts came in and when the repairs were about to be done. I really felt that I could trust him, and for that, I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car. To top it all off, my repairs were made super quickly. I dropped off Saturday morning and my car was ready by Monday afternoon. AND, they were even so very kind to buff out a few paint marks from various minor things I'd apparently hit lol. He gave me a reasonable and fair estimate for doing body repairs and repainting my entire car. My goal was to restore and spruce up my '88 Chevy Beretta. During the process, I was sent videos of how the project was progressing, and I appreciated the good customer service. Restoring my car was a detailed and extensive project and took several weeks to complete. They even took the time to do an internet search to locate some of the hard to find parts needed, which was a challenge for a 33 year old vehicle. When they finished my car I was blown away with how great and beautiful it looked! The high quality of the body work and the new paint exceeded my expectations. They also replaced the window and door seals, painted the wheels, painted the door jams , inside the trunk, and cleaned the engine and engine compartment and replaced an interior light bulb. They even kindly fixed my turn signal lever, which was a pleasant unexpected surprise. They also nicely cleaned the interior and floor. Years ago I had had my car painted at a different place, but Perfect Auto Paint and Body did a far superior job. Victor and his skilled team are true professionals with decades of experience and I really appreciate the knowledgeable, careful and thorough work they did in restoring and painting my car. International Auto Collision Center- owned by a father (Rafik) and son (Ruben), exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the difference. The office felt more like a nicely furnished studio apartment than a typical body shop, with thoughtful touches like a coffee station, Celsius drinks, and a comfortable seating area. Even more impressive was the shop itself--it was the cleanest body shop I've ever seen. Ruben was outstanding with communication. Well months went by and I was pumping gas when Kevin (I believe that's his name, I'm sorry if I'm wrong) came up to me and was so polite and not pushy at all, just simply told me about Central Collision Center and that he works for them and that they could give me a great deal on repairing the front end of my car. I had been praying for a solution for awhile but I'm not good with car repairs so I wasn't really sure where to begin. I felt it right away that this was absolutely the answer I had been seeking. I brought my car in a week later and met Ben, and we discussed my options. The office was so clean and inviting and they offered me water! They were so amazing in explaining exactly what needed to be done and why it was so crucial that I got it fixed (I didn't realize). Sure enough I left my car there on the spot, and about a month later came back to a BRAND NEW LOOKING car! They went above and beyond and fixed so much more than what I expected. They hand inspected the car and fixed the side fenders that were also damaged, got the alignment on all 4 tires perfect, and did a spruce up on my car air conditioner. My insurance wasn't being the easiest and yet they never dragged me into it and handled everything for me so I wouldn't feel stressed or worried whatsoever. When I pulled up to pick up the car, they were finishing up vacuuming the interior. I couldn't believe that they were even going to the lengths of fully washing it inside and out just to make sure that it looked practically brand new when I got it returned to me. This is so much more than I could've ever asked for and I honestly almost cried when I saw how perfect my car was when picking it up. Ben even gave me a free air freshener for the car so that it would even smell brand new when driving it off the lot. AMAZING! They were so reasonable and understanding with my situation, and I was always able to communicate with Ben and get updates on the status of the car! I truly felt like they cared and that goes so unbelievably far with me. I'm getting married in 2 months, and this is the best wedding gift!!! Such a huge burden has been lifted off of my chest. Thank you again and again and again for your incredibly professional and well ran business. I truly wish that all businesses offered the impeccable costumer services that you provided for me.
