Whenever I stated that they be speaking in Spanish I was referring to when I went into the office. I hate when ppl do that not knowing if that person is bilingual or not. I was the person that took my son up there to sign the papers and also I was the one that filled out the paperwork for him. Atlas stated that they reached out to the person(s) on his paperwork but that was not the case. I even tried to communicate with them knowing that this was my son and I know my son whenever he is fighting his addiction. The cosigner stated that they did not know anything about the extra money that they added whenever he was released. I still think that they need some improvement and atleast try to communicate more before you decide to go off of somebody's bond 2-3 weeks later.

They processed my payment and then I waited for hours. Once it was well into the night I called them and they told me they needed an additional 800 dollars which was more than the entire bond. They also said my refunded money would not fully process until next week so now she is stuck in jail for her birthday and tomorrow being Valentine's Day. They are liars and do not care about anything other than getting your money. Stay away from this place!!

Aslo, after paying $190 and filled all paper work out the employee said "My manager would have to come out and approve" mind you I had been there over an hour! Once it was done and as I left I could hear the workers talking about me and making faces! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1. They charge a set fee until the person case is done (what?), if you don't pay $15 dollars until your case done they add 23%! The customer service made you feel so underminded. I have video as well!
