There's only a select amount to places that has food prepped for you to order in Vacaville so when I heard of AA opening, I had to try it. It's in a small strip mall across the street from the high school and there was a variety of choices but small in quantity. So small, the person before me had ordered all the fried rice in his two entree plate. However, they were quick to refill the rice. The lady that worked there was very friendly. She gave my girls some cookies and even gave me an extra egg roll with my order. They didn't have the salt and pepper fish when I came but when I inquired, they were quick to deliver. I ordered the vegetable chow mien, sweet and sour pork, and the s&p fish along with the fried rolls and fried potatoes stickers. The s&p fish was very good. I liked them enough that if I ever wanted them again I could be sure to order them again. The s&s pork was a bit cold as well as the noodles but I attribute that to the cold drive home. Besides, nothing a microwave can't fix. I like the fried roll and my husband enjoyed them. My girls ate the fried pot stickers so I'd have to say we were all pleased with the meal. This is a new Chinese restaurant in Vacaville. They've only been open for two months according to the owner. It's a small, cozy restaurant meant for to go orders. It's like a panda express but better ! Their pricing is very good and the staff are extremely friendly. They don't speak English very well, but they are super nice and they really do try to communicate with you. They gave me free potstickers with my meal, super sweet! I ordered their Combo Plate- Meal C which is Fried Rice or Chowmein (or half and half) with 2 entrees. I did half and half with Hot and Spicy Chicken and Mongolian beef. They let me sample the food before ordering. Not to mention, they overstuffed the containers with food. This gave me 3 meals for just $11. On the side, I also ordered their Hot and Sour Soup and it was delicious. It's more on the sour side, but that's exactly how I like it. Hot and Spicy Chicken actually had a small kick to it. For the people who don't eat spicy food, I don't recommend ordering this as it will probably be too spicy. It had a ton of flavor and I would definitely order this again. Mongolian Beef has a ton of onions, per usual. It was packed full of flavor and the meat was very tender. Fried Rice and Chow Mein were both delicious. The fried rice had bbq pork in it which was a great addition. The chow mein noodles had a good texture to it. A little chewy but not too soft. I added sriracha to both and that just made it even more better. Overall, this is a cheap Chinese spot that's worth the money. They also offer party trays! Go show them some love! read more

The food itself is about average, buuuut the price is extremely reasonable and the woman that works the front is hands down the nicest person I've ever met. Well, for fast food, it really was not bad at all. I used to frequent stirfry and of course panda and I must say that the food was much better quality here. The bbq pork Fried rice was very fluffy. I enjoyed the orange chicken. The barbecue pork was very tender and had good flavor. And I thought the chow mein was good. My only complaint would be that it's a little more expensive than the other typical Chinese fast food restaurants. But the service was friendly. The lady at the counter gave me a free eggroll and some free samples. The only other issue I had is it was stifling hot in there. Adding on to my previous Yelp review because I finally got the sweet lady's name! Amy has always been a delight every time my husband and I visit her food spot whenever we are craving Chinese food. Last time, we got the meal C and tried Amy's Beef Broccoli and Mongolian Beef which were really good as well as the fried cream cheese wontons and the free soup! Today, we got the meal C again but this time tried her Orange Chicken and Hot and Spicy Chicken which has now become our favorite proteins from her! And of course, the way she packed our to-go box was perfect for 2 people as the portion was a lot to last us a couple days and even better, it did not break the bank with the price! Amy was also sweet and gave us free egg rolls as we told her we came from the gym and are really hungry after our workout. She even pointed out that she remembered me from the last time we went a couple weeks ago! Saw this place on the way home the other night and I love chinese food so I had to try it. At first glance walking in the place looks extremely clean. The place is new so as of right now there isn't any dine in option, not to sure if it will be added later or not. I was greeted by a nice older lady who was extremely kind and patient while putting together my order. I had gotten 2 meals, some potstickers and salt and pepper calamari. Fried rice is pretty good. Not overly sauced up and not greasy at all which is what I like. I personally thought it was a tad dry like literally a just a little bit but the Mrs loved it so it might just be me. Chow mein is to be expected at this kind of establishment nothing bad about it at all. Broccoli beef is delicious. Other places you can tell if they cook the beef and vegetables completely separately. This place gets it right you can tell all these were cooked up together and sauced up. The beef isn't dry and the vegetables were nice and tender. Orange chicken was good. Not overly saturated with the flour coating like some other places you get a bite full of dough or fluff. Tastes great. Bbq pork was good. It wasn't over cooked and dry. It was moist and delicious wish I had gotten that. Potstickers were good. Tender and juicy. I opted to have it with the chili oil and it was a match meant to be. Salt and pepper calamari. I'm a sucker for this dish and this place does it justice. It is made to order and the lady had me try one before bagging it up for me and it was fantastic. I'm definitely ording a tray of these for the next party. All in all the food was great, wasn't greasy at all which is a huge plus because it doesn't make you feel like trash after eating. Inside the store looks clean and organized and I hope it will be here for a good while because this will be my go-to spot for fast and easy chinese food. I stopped in at lunchtime and was disappointed to see that many of the "selections" were nearly empty. Giving your customers the impression they are getting the last of what was sitting out for god knows how long is not a good first impression. I got a 2 item combination lunch combo. Let me also say that a big pet peeve is when a restaurant tries to pass off using spaghetti noodles as cow mien. There is a difference. And the quality is noticeable. This place failed horribly in this category. The noodles had no flavor, to the point I didn't even try to finish them. And this is rare for me.... A 6'3" big guy who came here hungry and ready to eat. The teriyaki chicken also left me questioning my decision to come here. No sauce was served with the dish (either on top or given on the side) so it was bland and again lacked taste or flavor. I came here because of social media posts that raved about the friendly serving staff and portion sizes. And yes the portions are generous in size... but none of that matters if you don't actually want to eat (or finish) the food served. I really wanted to give this place a try, but was just disappointed at almost every aspect of my meal. The options for express grab n go Chinese in Vacaville are limited, and not very good -- so I was excited to hear there was a new place that appeared to be getting some positive buzz. With that being said, they may accidently not be aware of phone orders as they have a 3rd party that answers the phone for them that isn't in the store. After giving up on Chinese food around this area for a while, we finally gave this place a try since we always see people going in and out of their doors. Definitely loved the welcoming faces from these people and even gave us free spring rolls. We tried the pork fried rice (worth a try), chow mein, crab Rangoons and sweet and sour chicken. I had to check this place out for myself. I think it is one of the better "fast food Chinese food" places in Vacaville, with the steam table type foods. They are still new, so hopefully they will get busy soon. The owner was happy to know that I came to check it out because someone posted it on Facebook and that made her so happy. I paid $26 for all of the food pictured (minus the potstickers she gave those to us for free). I left her a tip and she said "Wow. Thank you so much. I'm So lucky!" I've been here twice. The food is so good. Lady at the front must be the owner. She is very friendly and always greets with a smile. Chowmein and fried rice can use a bit more seasoning but still taste delicious. Most places their carb and entrees are oily. This place is just right. They make small portion of trays. It looks like they sold out of everything but they didn't. You just let the lady know which entrees you want and someone in the back makes it in a few minutes. My go to here is half fried rice and half chowmein. Then my entree faves are bbq pork, sweet sour pork, and orange chicken. I hope this place stays open with good reviews and good customers to come more in the future. Having live close to the place is a plus. Can't wait to try their other dishes! read more
