I joked that I thought he was going in for a hug, and without missing a beat, he said, "My dude, bring it in!" and gave me a massive hug. It instantly made me feel right at home, like I was back in LA. Inside, the setup, ambiance, and music are absolutely phenomenal. We are big hookah aficionados, and this spot earns an infinite amount of stars from us. We ordered the Luna's Mix thanks to a great recommendation from the bartender, Bellen. They use a lotus leaf with a cage around the charcoal, and it was amazing. The rest of the staff was just as incredible. Our waiter, Daniel, and the hostess, Yasmin, took amazing care of us. As a Latino family, we loved how comfortable we felt speaking both Spanish and English with the team. The food was top-tier too--we shared the nachos (the spicy smoked salsa was my favorite!), Cajun fries, and nacho tacos. The DJ started right at 11 PM, and they stay open until 5 AM, which is a huge plus. The whole crew here is doing a fantastic job. The hookah itself was great...smooth, flavorful, and clearly well-prepared. The drinks were also really good and paired perfectly with the vibe. We also ordered the hummus, and it was honestly one of the highlights. It was fresh, flavorful, and the bread that came with it was incredibly soft and warm, definitely not an afterthought like it can be at some places. Overall, this is a great spot to unwind after a night out, good atmosphere, quality hookah, solid drinks, and surprisingly great food. We'd definitely come back.

I left because the lounge was extremely small, overcrowded even with reservations, lacked the music and atmosphere advertised, and the service was nonexistent. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to be acknowledged, only to be told to continue waiting. Calling that a "brief wait" does not accurately reflect my experience. Additionally, the patio had only three tables, which were already occupied when I arrived, despite your claim that a space had been specifically reserved for my group. Whether the photos on your website are edited or not does not change the fact that the overall experience and atmosphere were completely different from how the venue is presented online. The website gives the impression of an upscale hookah lounge/club experience, which was not what I encountered. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying customer. Instead of dismissing valid criticism by suggesting my expectations simply weren't met, I hope you take the feedback into consideration--especially regarding reservation management, wait times, service, overcrowding, and accurately representing the atmosphere customers can expect.

We got to play the music we wanted & sit wherever! For us being the only ones there it was seriously so much fun. After being there about 30 min more people started coming in but it wasn't overly packed, slow service or any of that. K our server was so attentive & made the night so enjoyable!!
