So i got Tripple A few months ago and the membership has paid itself over and over again! I have done DMV paperwork here a few times and i've been lucky enough to get Pam, she is an amazing and goes above and beyond. She's walked me through the process of registering my vehicle under my name and she does it with the best attitude. The lady at the check in (has a weird name, speaks Spanish and looks Cuban) is also amazing, i walked in on a Saturday at 1:50, 10 minutes before they close and she helped me upgrade my membership, she was very happy to do it, she went through the different benefits and explained EVERYTHING!!!! Lastly, Isabel Green the Travel agent. She booked our Carnival Cruise set for April, she has done everything in her power to make it easy on me, she knows that she's talking about and she too does it with the best attitude, she's extremely professional and helpful, i trulls give her 10 stars. She called me to update me, emails me everything also and she even printed everything out i will be needing to board the Cruise. read more

AAA is the worst company if you happen to get into an accident, and it's not even your fault. Someone hit my daughters 2 year old BMW. The damage wasn't too bad but did make a dent in the side of the car and then the trunk wouldn't open anymore. AAA told my daughter that it was wear and tear and they weren't going to pay for it! I couldn't believe it! So much wear and tear on the trunk of a 2 year old car!! I don't think so. I always thought AAA was better than that. I guess I was wrong. read more

Went in this morning to have some insurance changes made and I noticed an extremely rude/hostile lady confronting the insurance check in clerk named Robin ... I was amazed at how calm and professional Robin remained throughout the entire interaction. Robin was efficient and polite, helping others even though the rude lady kept yelling random things and didn't understand the process of waiting for an agent (the wait wasn't even that long). Robin did not react with attitude instead with patience and grace. Robin deserves major recognition. If it wasn't for it being international women's day I would have said something to the crazy and embarrassment of a women that was giving her a hard time. Instead I realized Robins choice to remain calm and polite is the route we should all take. read more

Conveniently located off the 5 freeway and Euclid in the Anaheim Plaza shopping center AAA offers DMV services which means no waiting in line! As a AAA member I can pay for my registration and get my sticker immediately with no appointment needed! The only time there would be a wait would be when there's a weekday holiday in which the actual DMV is closed. It's clean, fast and air conditioned and one time they gave me a free reusable shopping bag with maps of California in them! Score! read more

We've been Auto Club members for many years... I need my Infiniti transferred from my maintenance repair mechanic to the Dealer about 5miles up the street in Montclair. I spoke to AAA to set up the pickup, the called my service tech and called the dealer for delivery. I was clear with AAA that I would NOT be with my car at the pickup location, told to ask for Sam, the owner of my repair facility; nor would I be at the Dealer for delivery. In just few minutes I received a call from AAA, that the tow driver was outside waiting for me... I, again explaining the circumstances to the AAA dispatcher in the phone... she acknowledged what needed to happen and hung up. Minutes later I received another call from my mechanic, saying the tow truck driver needed me there to verify my ownership and registration of the vehicle. I jumped in my car and drove the 20mins to provide AAA's required ownership info... when I arrived at my repair shop AAA had already left with my broken car to drop it off at Infiniti of Montclair... almost an hour wasted due to incompetence...‼‼ AAA CLUB you F'd Up Big Time... Curtis from AAA roadside assistance was a lifesaver! He's seriously the best! I had a flat tire, and I was unable to get the tire off due to the crappy aluminum lug nuts being stripped. I thought I would have to tow my car and take it to a shop somewhere to resolve the issue, but Curtis was able to get the lug nuts off and the spare on in a couple minutes! My first time here , not the best customer service . Confusing line sections. No air conditioning in this building made it unpleasant to wait to be called . When I was helped I was expecting excellent customer service and to be informed of other AAA services . Instead I was called over by a customer service rep who looked like he needed a little more coffee and sleep . Very short and not welcoming . This kept me from asking about additional service like travel and insurance coverage. I think I'll do my business at another AAA location. read more

Only thing that's good about aaa is the towing other than that you might be better off at the dmv. They couldn't issue me a day permit to move my car due to it wasn't in my name even though I brought the title. I just bought the car and can't put it in my name until it's smogged but can't drive it to get smogged with out the permit. read more

I highly encourage a district supervisor/manager to visit this location. I have been a customer for over 25 years and I am disappointed that AAA is turning into a DMV experience. If I wanted non-friendly customer service, an environment that looks dark/sad/low light, no bright or welcoming colors and individuals that look that they hate their jobs then I would rather go to the DMV. I'm 55, and I have been a member since I was age 16 on my family's policy. My AAA card is gold and says "MEMBER FOR 73 YEARS". And after all that, I got screwed over at this office and want to cancel my membership due to some clerk's ignorance. This experience took place a couple of weeks ago. As normal for me, I waited before writing a negative review to cool off and make sure I want to do that. I do. I visited this office on a Friday afternoon to register an RV I purchased from a dead guy's estate. The paperwork consisted of a clean Arizona title signed off by the County Public Administrator as executor of the estate. Every needed document and signature was included. It's not my first time doing this and everything was correct. I visited the office and attempted to check in at the front desk. The girl took my paperwork away for a moment, then returned, handed it to me, and told me I needed to "contact the Arizona Department of Transportation" to register the vehicle. This made no sense to me, so I asked her to explain. She said she was told to direct me to that agency, and she couldn't help me. She then asked the next person in line to step up. The Auto Club receptionist never did tell me exactly WHAT I was supposed to ask th Arizona Department of Transportation to do. What did I need? A signature? Another document? It seemed as though she was just told to get rid of me. I stood there for a moment wondering what to do. Ask for a supervisor? Well, they were very, very busy, and I figured if she was correct I would have to wait a long time to find that out... and I might as well go up the street to the DMV office and find out the real facts if I have to wait around anyway. I drove up the street to the DMV office, and after a wait, they processed my paperwork without a question. No issues, no additional paperwork or signatures needed. Very easy and straightforward. I have no idea what part of the paperwork the Auto Club clerk didn't understand. If they are unable to process this type of easy transaction, what do I need them for? I mean, come on... am I the first person ever with an out-of-state vehicle trying to register it in California? If I would have listened to the stupid advice given by the Auto Club, I would have made lots of calls to Arizona for nothing. read more

I love to write updates like this one! If you read my 1 review, I was quite disappointed on AAA because I had a horrible experience, but regardless that experience I was still using their services (insurance, road assistance etc) Well, I went back to run some DMV errands and to pay my insurance. This time the service was great. I paid my insurance with Caroline within 5 min of my arrival, then I told her about my other errands and she noticed my temporary handicapped placard, asked about my injury and seems like she mention something because I was called very soon. This time they pronounce my name right, no more Lou Ann!!! I Paid everything else and was out the door in less than 1/2 hour! Kudos to Caroline and Kenny, they helped in a very efficient manner. I really like the services that AAA offers. And for the most part, the customer service is about as good as it gets. Then I got this... Due to recent budget cuts, I had to allow my membership to expire. I have done this before. And when I get flush, I go and buy another year. Today I get a letter from them, and it says, and I quote: "If your membership is not renewed by November 03, 2015, you will be required to pay the Auto Club as a new member and pay a $20 admission fee, in addition to your annual dues." I think as a result of this I will no longer have a AAA membership, I have strong arm issues with strong arm tactics, and blackmail falls into that category. I mean, that's exactly how I feel, what a slap in the face. I don't agree with extortion, please join me in boycotting AAA! read more

I have been a member for 33 years... wait, I shouldn't have admitted to that! But, they have always been very friendly and helpful here. I appreciate being able to go here, and not that other place... the dreaded DMV! In the past, I have received their AAA hotel and camping books and had them make up customized map trip booklets for my trips. This was very useful, before the auto GPS devices were around! Oh oh... there I go again making myself feel older than I am. I just wish that the insurance part wasn't so expensive! read more

This review is for their DMV services. This was my first time using AAA for DMV services, and I am oh so glad I chose them. I came in to get title transfer on 2 cars and was helped by Tiffany. She was so warm, and knowledgable and answered all my questions, along with helping me fill out some of the forms. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon, had to stand in line outside for approx 20 mins, which is fine since I would have stood longer at DMV during this pandemic. Tiffany was awesome..I had so many questions, some repetitive, and she answered every single one with a smile and was very patient with me. She truly exemplified great customer service. I was a bit worried because the customer service rep on AAA's 1800 # was impatient, rude and spoke so fast that I barely understood anything. You might as well go to the DMV. Because they will still make you wait two hours before they try and help you. And then when they call you, then they will tell you what they need. And what you have to do. Oh and if you ask where your at in line they will lie to you. Your 7th then your 12th and now your 9th. They don't have anything together there. I have mixed feelings about this place. I went two days in a row to register my car after bringing it from another state. The first day went really well as I was efficiently helped by a lady that knew her courtesies. Only problem was that they only accept cash or check from a local bank for DMV services. So, I had to come back the following day after visiting an ATM. Second visit to the place was short and efficient because the lady from the previous day had already set everything up but I was greatly irritated by the worker because she grossly mispronounced my name and didn't bother to correct herself or apologize. How do you live in southern California, surrounded by a million different nationalities and not possess an ounce of culture? Stereotypical my trang. At least I didn't have to wait in that horrid line at the regular DMV. On a happier note, JP hooked me up with awesome car insurance. I was paying $670 every 6 months with geico. He looked over my policy and offered me the same coverage plus AAA perks for $397 for a WHOLE year. I took the $900 difference straight to South Coast Plaza and had a ball. Check him out! read more

This place is just like the DMV.. first person you talk to knows nothing other than for DMV services it's cash or check only. I ask, so what's the fee, I'm not sure if I'll enough cash on me and don't carry a checkbook, , she replies, I don't know but you could sit and wait so they can tell you much you will need. Our car was in a rear end collision on the 105 Freeway. A single rider in the car pool lane slammed into our rear bumper. His car was totaled and our rear bumper, muffler and trunk was smashed. AAA took care of the tow truck taking our car back home. I called the Claims Department from home and an angel name of Stephanie took care of us. I want to give her a big shoutout for the fabulous guest servicing she gave us after our traumatic day on the freeway. She took charge, made all the arrangements for towing and car rental, assigned us to an adjuster, Sara; gave us all the right phone numbers, assigned us to a repair place. No attitude, no "we can't do that", no attempts to put you off by making you call lots of other numbers. She did the job with complete professionalism and helped us tremendously get through all the paper work and things we needed to know. Also kudos to our adjuster, Sara Rodriguez, who kept us in the loop constantly and answered all our questions. Made sure we didn't have to pay extra on the car rentals. told us exactly what we needed to do to get the job done. Both Stephanie and Sara went out of their way to make things as smooth as possible. Our car is fixed ahead of schedule, looks beautiful and we're back in business. Again thank you, thank you to Stephanie and Sara!!! You are the best! I called in to this office regarding a question about my odometer, because it's where my representatives were at when I first signed up for my AAA policy. But the person I talked to was so rude and inconsiderate. They made a mistake on my records in May said that my odometer read at 60,000 when I clearly emailed them in May that it was 75,000. It was completely their fault yet they said the only solution I had was to send them an official copy of a smog check that confirmed my odometer in May. Even if I had copies of emails that showed proof of my mileage, they wouldn't even consider to try to help me argue my case. When I confirmed with the person I called, he didn't even say goodbye or didn't have the basic customer service etiquette on this phone call. I'm deeply disappointed in AAA and hope they can change their attitude over the phone. read more

We visited this location today to get our DMV tags. The greeting at check in was less than enthusiastic and the agent at the DMV counter was less than pleasant. We left with our updated car tags but left disappointed and questioning why we pay for that level of service as a member of AAA. Masks during Covid don't hide what your eyes convey. read more

Having a plus membership is very convenient especially for DMV services. I came in to this location to update my registration. I was in and out within 30 min. My only suggestion for this location is for the 2 Hispanic girls at the front check in desk. Try smiling more or at least look like you want to be at work. You are the first people we see when we walk in and it didn't leave a good first impression. read more
