We tried to sign up for the Union high school credit for my 16yo then realized it wasn't bundled and was a separate $20 charge so we decided against it just before paying. Went ahead and tried to sign up for the regular driving school package but the system kept trying to charge us an extra $20 for the high school credit. Called "Jackie" who very nicely told us "sorry, you can't delete it if you don't want it". Ummmm so am I supposed to pay it because we changed our mind? She replied "yes, it's been that way for years, sorry, nothing I can do but you can create a new profile and use another email if you don't want to pay". What if I don't have another email?? Listen. I have my own web-based business and in 2020, I would NEVER tell a customer this! I'd be on the phone with the webmaster demanding they fix it. For now, we're moving on to a school with a better user experience.

The company owner, Wally, is great however I had to reschedule my DMV behind-the-wheel test due to the company booking me for the wrong day despite double checking with them if it was confirmed. Since my rescheduled appointment was two weeks after my original test, I had asked them for a discounted 2-hr brush up lesson. They offered me a lesson at the price of $100 instead of the usual $160.
