This review is based on the special event they held on July 17, 2026. The office is located in a shopping complex with ample parking and easy accessibility. All the staff people were very friendly and helpful, and the event seemed to be well attended. We picked up brochures and any questions about travel were readily answered with courtesy and great information. There were ample refreshments, even hot dogs! While they do provide passport photos, they do not do digital photos. Their suggestion was that I get the passport photo there and then scan it at home and submit it for my passport renewal. (Digital renewals are available for eligible people.) Anyway, I got the photos, scanned them at the highest resolution, sent them in for my renewal and they were rejected because the image wasn't good enough. Whomp-whomp. The only other thing to note about this place is the forced banter to try and sell you on other things. Alarm systems, travel services, etc. I get it. I do. Just a bit off-putting. read more

Approachable with any questions. Plus you might be surprised about maybe getting a quote for better insurance. Agent (D.T) was yelling out commands and orders from her desk to a customer performing a transaction at another desk. The agent was unprofessional and barking across any office business is completely unprofessional. Rather than ask if the customer needed help the agent decided to bark out orders and yell across the office. When brought to the attention of the manager the manager seemed to defend the agent as if yelling across an office is ever acceptable calling this customer service. I wouldn't waste your time at this location go elsewhere. When a customer indicates they don't want your help and that they are taking care of their transaction just fine without the agent (DT) yelling out orders. The agent (DT) should figure out go away and leave the customer alone they're doing what they need to do. This agent (DT) had no common sense and lacked the white collar professional skills to be in an office let alone the common sense to be an insurance agent in this opinion. If you want to be treated like an imbecile and be demeaned go to this location. In the end a different female agent agent pulled out of control agent (DT) the barking and yelling agent away trying to keep her quiet. But the manager didn't seem to think that that was evidence enough that the first agent (DT) that was yelling and barking was acting inappropriately. Seriously disappointed completely unprofessional. Quick service! Was in and out within 15 minutes. I'm traveling international soon and needed my international driver's permit. I was greeted by a wise gentlemen and was seen by Dawn Edwards within 5 minutes of entering the building. Dawn finished my permit right away and without any hassle. If you are looking for an international drivers permit, it helps to have the paperwork filled out before hand and have 2 passport photos on you. The permit cost $20. Overall, super amazing experience. **FYI, I tried calling the office first to see if I needed an appointment, the number sent me to an automated caller that was hard to navigate. Went in today to speak with someone in travel but didn't get past the front desk. Travel person was out to lunch and that was okay I didn't have an appointment but the attitude by the person at the front desk made me feel like I was a waste of her time. This service is part of what I pay a membership fee each year. I guess I will need to find another AAA office or another travel agent. Hope management fixes this problem. They have two front hostess, one specifically in a wheel chair, that have terrible customer service, right when you walk through the door.She doesn't even put an effort to assist you with any questions you have. The website only says that they do not have DMV services on Saturday. I have tried three numbers and they all want me to put in the seven digit number of the person I want to speak with. Today my mother in law and I were doing some insurance shopping and decided to get a quote from AAA first thinking it would be the most expensive one. We were called on by Insurance Agent Krista Hutchens. Krista was real energetic and friendly. We sat down , mother in law went first and the quotes she got for home and auto insurance were really good then she did mine and for the same coverage I currently have with progressive my payments dropped from $311 to $160 starting September. We had to go back to the house to get some paperwork and decided to bring my wife to have her get a quote and her insurance went down $56 a month. Needless to say we were very happy with the quotes Krista gave us, all three of us switched to AAA insurance. Thank you Krista for making something like getting auto insurance fun. Cynthia Miller is amazing! We have dropped in multiple times since our initial 2019 visit for apartment rental & car insurance. That was followed up over the years as we used their DMV kiosk, adding a second vehicle to our policy, and then homeowners insurance. One of the many things I like about Cynthia is that she can look at multiple combinations of your insurance needs to show estimates and apply multiple policy discounts. While things changed during the COVID shutdowns, our agent was always an email or phone call away. Cynthia has always been very responsive with questions asked wether it's by phone or message. I am Traveling internationally for a long period of time, and need to get an international drivers permit. I was told that this would cost $20, and to come on in. What wasn't shared, during that conversation, was that the $20 fee, that was stated, didn't include a $21.xx charge, for AAA to take 2 passport pics! In the spirit of Full Disclosure..... I like coming here for the DMV Kiosk. While there are usually people waiting at least it is less than at the DMV. If you are a AAA member they will also upsell you on their products. I agreed and bought the road service tow plan for my kids. Turned out to be great as one of them used it a month later. With the cost for sure! During COVID, they practice distancing and masks. It could be possible that you may have to wait outside but I have only done this one time out of the two visits. It was k my five minutes. From making good sightseeing, route and timing suggestions, to printing out our trip tic, and giving us booklets on our travel locations, Terry has helped us create the most incredible family vacations. We probably could have done these trips on our own, but they wouldn't have been nearly as "robust" and fun. We appreciate the step by step car directions and details in our trip tic and the printed material for our destinations. Now I had had my vehicle fixed and checked all over by AaA 2 weeks before this accident and had over $2k in repairs done when car was done it was given a fully fine everything is perfect check . After my accident AAA insurance refused to repair the engine block saying that I had no proof the accident caused the engine damage even though I told my agent I had car in shop 2 weeks earlier . My husband and I have been AAA member for 17 years as a couple and he has been a member for over 25 years. We have home, auto, and the AAA membership. Over the years we have paid thousands of dollars to be insured by AAA. We have made 1 claim on our auto insurance after being hit by another driver. Their insurance paid for the damages because that driver was at fault. We've NEVER made a claim for our house. Last weekend our dishwasher flooded our kitchen island. After the adjuster came out, our claim was denied. AAA has many hidden clauses. If you don't realize your 2 year old dishwasher that's built into your island has been leaking until the water flows out the back of the island all over the floor, it's apparently your fault. I am so disappointed by this and feel like paying thousands of dollars for insurance is a scam when you make your first house claim after 19 years of paying home insurance and it's denied. I will be searching out other companies to do business with moving forward. read more

Last service 1/17/23, basic oil/filter change with overall inspection. Previously had A/C recharged. Can't do my own maintenance anymore as I have a bad back and other medical issues. Started taking car to dealer as I couldn't find a reputable local mechanic, but dealer kept trying to upcharge and "recommend" urgently needed repairs that I knew were bogus. Spotted this place and decided to give them a try. So far I'm pretty happy. They aren't the cheapest, but way more honest and cheaper than the dealer. Sort of in between a good, honest local mechanic (impossible to find anymore) and a dealership. Work has been fast and efficient without any annoying upcharging or BS. I even gave them a chance to sell me on suspension repairs the dealer tried to sell me on and they took a look and told me that, other than needing alignment, there was nothing wrong with the actual parts. Only problem now is I'm moving across the valley. I'll see if there is a AAA shop near there, but if not or if it's not as good as this one, I'll be back. read more

Never-ever-ever have AAA replace your battery. Stay away from their mechanic services. Their people are untrained, they have faulty equipment, and if something goes wrong, they will not replace anything!!! Even if they know something was their fault and cause damage to your vehicle. They are disorganized when it comes to problems, which is probably not a mistake. They give you the run around and no one will take responsibility for one of their employees mistakes or their faulty equipment. They cost me over $1000.00 in repairs and told me to read the fine print on the contract. I'm a trained mechanic and just didn't have the time to do it myself, so I know they are at fault. I wish I didn't say yes to AAA. I've been a member for over 25 years and it's clear that AAA is not what it used to be. Keep them for emergency towing, but that's about it. I was going to look into their auto insurance, but now I don't trust them. Stay away from their battery and mechanic services! read more
