Once we were a few days away they let us know what would happen and how and reminded us of our time. They were prompt on that day, explained in everything about the process and services in clear concise and easy to understand details. The total for all windows in & out on all three stories of our house was about $385.00 which they told me specifically before starting the job. Randy was our window cleaner and was a really nice guy who did a great job. And one of our windows broke as he was cleaning it. He immediately let us know what had happened, apologized profusely and let us know the company would make it right. In about 10 minutes I heard from the office manager about what steps they would be taking & who would fix our window. Their General Manager was here is about 2 hours to get pictures and get the process started for getting the window fixed by Centennial Windows who they already work with. We are still in the process of getting the window fixed however they have made sure we are updated on the process and timeline as we have gone. We don't have any worries about it being completed. And they waived the cost of our window cleaning too! This is clearly a first-rate organization that truly cares about their customers and values their satisfaction.
