Mo called me over, very excited to show me the vast difference between the color of my rug BEFORE he cleaned it and then afterwards. This company wastes your time. I scheduled a FREE INSPECTION WITH SAME DAY CLEANING. I scheduled with them on a Monday at 2pm. Now Monday comes by...the time says 3pm. I call to ask where they are. They had to check where the driver was. Once I got a phone call back they asked if we could reschedule. I was already getting upset that I wasted a whole day waiting for them. I'm moving out of an apartment and I have to have the carpet cleaned before the end of the month. I rescheduled for the upcoming Friday. The guy told me 8am and that I will be his first client. Well that day came. 8am no one is here. I get a email saying that they'll be there at 9am. No explanation as of why. I call at 9:15am. TWO VOICEMAILS is what I had to get through until someone answered. The guy was just starting to pull up. Now keep in mind. When you look at the website under free inspection WITH same day cleaning, the time estimated 2 hours. He was there for 2 minutes. He told us that they don't do SAME DAY CLEANING. I'm getting really irritated at this point. I told him I need this carpet cleaned today. I'm not playing these games. You made me reschedule only to tell me you don't offer same day cleaning. He then said someone SHOULD be there to clean at 2PM. I had to wait once again. 2pm rolls around and no one is calling me to tell me they're on the way. Nothing. I called again. They don't know where the guy is and that maybe he's on break. BREAK!? I said I need someone here NOW. I'm not rescheduling. I then get a phone call that they'll be there soon. FINALLY two guys show up. Don't know why two people need to clean a single bedroom but whatever. It took literally 25 minutes for them to clean it. Dont understand why this couldn't have been done at 8AM. They didn't even bother giving a discount. Apologizing for the INCONVENIENCE they brought to me. Making ME work around THEIR schedule. A $300 bid is costing me $51,000 to repair. Here is a true story (see the picture). These guys bid around $300 to gently clean my cedar shingles with a green solution. Well, that is when the nightmare started: 1) They turned up with no cleaning solution but a power wash 2) They power washed cedar shingles!!!! Who the hell power washes cedar shingle and does it so close. 3) The next thing I know, we have multiple 8 feet shingle panels fell off the side of the house, and all other shingles are fully damaged. Who uses a strong power wash on quality cedar shingles?????!?? They are damaged to a degree that we are left with no choice but to redo the entire siding. Our siding was in perfect condition. We just wanted to clean them with a gentle green solution prior to staining them. Well, I now have a crew redoing the entire siding for $51K. Oh, and did I mention that once they realized the disaster, they disappeared? Not answering my calls or responding to messages? I'm going to sue them. STAY AWAY read more

Seattle steamers are the best! I found them through thumbtack. They were the 3rd carpet cleaners I tried and I am never hiring anyone else again. I had a puppy who was potty training. Even though my carpets looked clean, they were stinky. I tried 2 carpet cleaners before seattle steamers. All of them said they could remove the smell but all they did was just deodorize and the smell was back. Seattle steamers removed 6 months old smell from my carpet. They were so kind and playful with my puppy as well. My puppy really liked them. The first time I had scheduled an appointment with Seattle steamers but I had to reschedule just few hours before my scheduled appointment for some emergency. They were very understanding about it and rescheduled without any charge. My puppy also went through potty training regression. I called them again and they took care of the carpets. Stay away from this company. Super poor communication and still dirty carpet! I hired them specifically because I needed my carpet cleaned and stretched the same day. Today is the only day that was going to work for me. Moshe the owner said yes he would do both. But when the cleaner Adam showed up he said he can only do cleaning and someone else would have to do the stretching and on a different day!! And then tells me that carpets need to be dry before they are stretched so can't be done same day and it's not recommended. This never came up in the convo with owner. I call him up to ask why he didn't tell me this before he gives me a half hearted I'm sorry if I didn't tell u!! I ask him why can't carpets be stretched before cleaning- he says Adam doesn't do stretching only cleaning! What the hell! Cleaner is already here so I ask him to clean the carpet and tell the owner to forget about the stretching. After the cleaning none of the stains on my carpet are out. There were very few of them to begin with. Any stains or dark patches I pointed out, Adam the cleaner said they won't come out. A little Folex and dabbing with paper towel got them out. There is dirt coming off from the carpet too. He told me he did his best! Total waste of my time and money! read more

After he was done I ended up having to go rent some large fans to get my carpets dried out. Don't hire them if you value your money. They mentioned that almost all stains will be removed and they will clean it thoroughly. They cleaned the garage just by washing it and doing light scrubbing. After they are done, most of the stains were like that only. On questioning, they said this is a job well done according to them. On top, they charged me 130$ for 300 feet garage. 7/01/2022. Very Disappointed!!!! I had an appointment for 6/29/2022. They didn't arrive at the time stated, in fact I had to call them. They sincerely apologized and said they would clean something extra on the house for the mix up. They were coming out the same day between 2 to 4pm, now this means my whole day is tied up, and i have to be completely moved out by tomorrow. When they showed to clean the carpet I had two very young men. Actually one was an employee and his 12 or 13yr old little brother was with him. He could not move my couch alone. Now I'm very very unhappy because i explained what needed to be cleansed and the size. He made a call, apologized once again, left and said someone will get back with me to reschedule.
