He was very apologetic and said he wanted me as a customer and would do whatever it took. He asked what I needed to make it right. I thought about it and messaged him back that I wanted a 10% refund on my trip and a promise to have a newer model RV in 2026. Guess what? I never heard from him. No surprise there. I messaged one more time and he called back with no message, no solution, no reply from my request. Good bye Chad. I will not rent from you again and I suggest you don't either.

We had the RV dropped off at a military base and it was agreed that they would drive in on base and set it up. The guy who delivered didn't have a CA Real ID" and they wouldn't let him in the base. We needed up having to set it up and there was some issues with the hook up hoses. We had to purchase a hose and it still leaked. I left a couple messages and emails and got no answers. We ended up figuring everything out and had a great time. The guy brought his passport and picked up the RV with no issue. It took several calls after the rental to get ahold of someone about the issues we had with the drop off and set up. The only reason we got a return call is that I indicated that I was going to write a review. All in all, not such a bad experience that I wouldn't rent from them again. Now I know how to navigate the conversation of what our expectations are.

We only rented for two days at campland by the bay. It was a rainy day on our last stay. And the heater was out of propane. Which really sucked. Especially since we had babies with us. Unfortunately we couldn't refill our propane because it ran out at 11 at night. And the place to refill in the park was closed at 9. So we had to make the best of it and sleep in jackets and double sweat pants.

Van Taylor for the three-day weekend and used it to its full capacity. We transported surfboards, bicycles, luggage, and more. We drove around town in style, had a comfortable place to sit and eat our burritos, and had a restful spot to recharge with a quick nap between activities. A while back i made a review on BBB calling out the malpractice of this company. The owner claimed the following: - Claimed they knew of pre-existing damage and showed me - Said i sent an invoice to them requesting large sum of money - Claimed they scheduled dates for technician to come out and that i declined request Attached are pictures of our conversation and as you can see the owner clearly had no idea what was going on and lacked communication. July 29th- Notified owner about bumper August 8th- received follow up, but nothing else August 29th- still no calls from technician or follow up, so i messaged owner. No reply. September 30th- asked owner for reimbursement. (Mind you i never got it repaired so his claim that i sent an invoice on a repair i never got was false) I did not know of the damage until after it was dropped off, nor did the owner. I never sent an invoice requesting a specific amount of money. I was ghosted for months and i can even provide proof that no technician ever called me. Finally i sent a text asking if it would be possible to be Zelled for the total costs (which i didnt know what that would be) to which he replied "you're nuts" The lack of communication and professionalism is apparent with this company so i would strongly avoid. DISASTER I brought…read moremy RV to J's RV to remount my grey water tank. The result was very sloppy, unprofessional, and incomplete work. I requested a $500 refund to cover the cost to fix the issues. The owner Jason refused, and requested I bring it BACK to him to correct and finish the work? I have ZERO faith in J's to correct the issues they caused. Sloppy and Incomplete work includes: 1. The tank was mounted unevenly (is not level) and much lower than original and in comparison, to the black tank next to it. (As a result, will not correctly monitor water level) 2. The drainpipe is now lowest point of the undercarriage and easily dislodged if something hits it. 3. The shower plumbing was left exposed easily accessible to mice/vermin. 4. A gaping hole was left exposing the freshwater tank and plumbing also accessible to mice/vermin. 5. J's could not get the tank sensors and level monitor to work. Turns out the wires and ground were out of order. I followed the pattern on the black and freshwater tanks and now works fine. Go anywhere else! JB
