So I want to back Enterprice & asking for the manager which was the same guy who told me told they didn't have any trucks available!! So I told him WTF bro " why are u lying to me !!! That's a complete waste of time and shows a lack of communication and organization. Mechanics are inexperienced, and management is not properly overseeing the work or the customer experience. I'd be cautious about trusting them with your equipment!

In February 2026, I came in and met with William about building custom standing marquee frames for my business. He drew up plans and told me they could make adjustable frames that would hold my marquee letters and numbers. After several days with no follow-up, I had to repeatedly call and leave messages before someone finally called back and apologized. I returned to the shop and William admitted he had forgotten about the project and had misplaced the original drawings. We went over everything again from scratch, and he even brought in another senior welder to discuss ideas and create a mock-up to make sure the final product would work correctly. I made it extremely clear that these frames were needed for booked events, including the Sonoma County Cheese Festival on March 21st. I was assured multiple times that the project would be completed in time. I was also told the work should only take a few hours plus material prep, so the pricing discussion sounded reasonable at first. At their request, I brought in my marquee numbers so they could properly mock up the frame and ensure everything fit correctly. After dropping them off, communication once again completely disappeared. I called multiple times trying to get updates and eventually stopped expecting responses because of how poorly communication had already gone. Over a month later, long after the deadline had passed and after I had already been forced to look for other solutions for my clients, they finally called me to come see the frame. The frame itself was rusty, had water inside it, and the quoted price ended up being around $1,150 for ONE frame -- far higher than what had originally been discussed. What upset me even more was the condition of my marquee numbers when they returned them. They were dropped off in excellent condition, freshly painted, and barely used. When I got them back, they were filthy, stained, covered in rust residue, and appeared to have been left sitting in water. The wooden bases were compromised and now require repairs and repainting before I can even rent them out again. As a small business owner, this cost me time, money, missed opportunities, and damage to equipment I worked hard to build. To make things worse, after I declined the frame because of the condition and pricing, the interaction became hostile. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was told to "get the fuck out of my shop," followed by additional insults from management. The lack of communication, missed deadlines, poor care of customer property, and unprofessional behavior made this one of the worst business experiences I've had.

beware!!!! dont rent…read morea storage space here unless you want to risk all of your valuables being stolen. shout out the "manager" lamont. i moved from a unit where my stuff sat safely for 2 years, into a bigger unit for cheaper (shouldve known) down a hallway without a camera, and 4 ways in/out. hmmm. within about a month, my lock was picked, whole unit torn apart, and all of my most valuable possessions stolen. ironically there are no cameras that show that unit, and if someone had access to other units they could move my stuff into a different unit in the same hallway, without any trace. and then sell the items later. this could only be accomplished by the manager or an acquaintance of his. my lock was picked, unit rifled through and the lock was picked again to re-lock it. only someone with time on their hands would be capable. draw your own conclusion there. i was paid out a tiny insurance payment that covered about 25% of the value of my stolen items. do not rent a unit here!!! i would give negative stars if i could. i paid thousands of dollars for over 2 years only to be robbed.

His knowledge and personability are rare traits these days, and it's hard to find folks that will go the extra mile who genuinely care about getting you the right tools. We bought a wood splitter this weekend. We are really grateful that the owner held it for us all week! We have been excited to pick this up and we are stoked to keep supporting a local shop that sells quality equipment. There were two gentlemen working when we made the purchase, Jeremy and some other guy named James who I had never met before. They were a bit busy and we weren't in a rush, so we waited for things to simmer down after Jeremy rang us up so we could get a run-through of the equipment and load it up. Really no big deal to wait - I worked retail for years I know it can be hectic - but Mr. Jimbo didnt seem at all interested in actually helping when he could have sped things along. He literally just acted like we were "in the way" or we were some sort inconvenience. I came back in to ask a question about a pin for the hitch mount (Genuine safety inquiry, so a legit concern.) Dude just stood behind the counter sneering at us and snapped at Jeremy to, "Make it quick...." Um, we just spent nearly 3k on a machine, can you at least act like you work here or give a hoot about the customers? He apparently gave us dirty looks the entire time we were there, my husband pointed this out as we were leaving, so I'm not the only one who took note of his insolence. Firstly if I was ever late they always made sure to give me a call. I did appreciate that as life these days moves so fast it's hard to keep up. I may have been late once or twice but I ALWAYS paid. (Even during the entirety of corona virus.) which brings me to my next positive. The front desk woman who usually is almost always there on the property has always been a very kind soul. She ALWAYS goes out of her way to communicate for the lack of (her management) and accommodates everyone as well. If it wasn't for the front desk woman I probably would've left much sooner than I did. I always enjoyed speaking to her... Now I must warn folks about this next part because as a customer who paid for so many years I believe constructive criticism is needed for a successful business to thrive. In the beginning in 2014 I paid 55$ for a small unit with the gentleman who owns the place. Back then that was a very reasonable price. I believe I moved up in size and that was 99$ for years. Last month when I paid for that said unit it was 109$ without my knowledge...apparently they (management) had sent me a letter in the mail notifying me CERTAIN units would be up charged. While I understand California is not easier to live in as the days go on I believe it would've been much better if someone had called me to tell me exactly why my CERTAIN unit was being up charged instead of a sneaky letter in the mail. So I decided to take my storage out that month and the management was so greedy they didn't even mention to me that they SHOULD pay me back for the days I wasn't in the unit anymore (about a week). When I asked the manager women (I am assuming Mark's Wife) if I could leave a small single table in the unit because my car was full of stuff from packing up she quite rudely replied "YOU CANT LEAVE THAT HERE." Not even a thank you for all the years I paid them. I sincerely feel bad for anyone who has to work with that woman. Last thing I will say is that 10am - 4pm hours are literally the worst times for a storage unit to be open. Some people have to work and those hours are terrible. Please change them to at least 7-7 for gods sake. It's very hot in Santa Rosa in the summer & the current hours are downright cruel to be in if your storage unit is directly in the sun. Anyway I wish I could give my experience a better review but I couldn't let this slide. I hope this place can sort itself out for that woman in the front. She has worked too long and hard to get cut short because of how rude her "management" is. Take care!
