He is an excellent talker; a great con-man, but truly does not care about you at all and is just trying to get as much money out of you, even with all of his "discounts." I came here for an oil change and he said that all of the fluids were checked and filled, but the windshield washer was empty when I left. He said that there was a leak in my transmission fluid, and to come back every month to fill it up because it was a sign my transmission was going. I was paranoid that I would need a new transmission. I was feeling salty about him lying about the windshield fluid so I didn't go back for a top off. Instead, when I needed some other work done I found a great shop through yelp called LEON'S GARAGE and took it there. Denis at Leon's checked the fluid and it was still full, but because of this concern Mitch at Longlife planted, Denis at Leon's recommended I take it to Quality Transmissions. Quality Transmissions test drove it with the computer/sensor plugged in and there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission. Shame on you, Mitch at Longlife!

They advertise that they pay CASH at the time of pick-up, and that was what I expected. However, on the day of pickup, I learned they would give me a check. I was not comfortable with that, and my attorney said don't do it. Since Wheezy offered $200 more than the last offer I had received, I decided to meet and look at the check. Wheezy said it was their corporate check but not a cashier's check. Long story short, I deposited my check remotely, and it was accepted by my bank, and everything went well. I deducted 1 star because the advertising is not true even though the check was good. But that was not J & D Towing's fault. Juan, the driver, did his job as he was instructed to do. He probably had the cash in his pocket anyway. Wheezy is a well organized company that is excellent at communication! They are fast, communicate well, and follow up well. J & D was also on target and did their job well. I would work with them again.

I had a 2019 Ford Transient Connect and then brought in my Nephews 2007 Dodge 3500. Dale, the owner and his Son treated me like a long lost friend and are real square shooters and gave honest advice in regard to my equipment. I'm an Aircraft technician for a major airline and former Fireman / truck maintainer so I have a good idea what's going on! Dale was beyond fair with me and saved me Thousands in repairs With good advice to his detriment. Example, He could have fixed my Ford Transient Connect costing thousands but advised me "the transmission overall a defective design, I should get rid of it and sell it as is. " I traded it to car dealer and a year latter I received notice from Ford regarding it's transmission replacement.  I saw the review below involving the guy with the 1975 Eldorado and asked Dale about it. As an aircraft mechanic for 42 years, I can tell you as a technician we are not perfect all the time and sometimes things go wrong. Even the owner of the 1975 Eldorado admited it "Serious mistake but things happen". To me, It's how you recover from your mistakes that count! After speaking in depth with Dale about the issue and the video and photographic evidence he presented me, I feel Dale went above and beyond to remedy his mistake and fairly assuage a unsatisfied customer. However, as a Technician I have found in Life there are people you just can't make happy or they want things for free. I now have a friend and Transmission go to guy! I own a 24 year old vehicle and wanted to rebuild engine. It was burning oil and gas. Vladamir insisted he was the man for the job. Vehicle was returned after two weeks with massive leaks due to a ruptured rear main seal but had to return the vehicle twice in one week because Vladamir could not accept that there was a leak. Immediately copped an attitude and aggressively told me that I was wrong. It was only after we raised the vehicle was it clear that there was a massive indisputable leak. I paid for the repairs. Vehicle was then returned to me with additional leaks. Owner now got involved and began to speak to me condescendingly saying that all vehicles have leaks. My car never leaked before these repairs. Vladamir told me to leave vehicle and that he would find source of problem. I returned the following monday to find that he was still denying that there was a leak and blamed it on residue from previous work. He pulled dip stick to prove oil levels were normal. Oil was clear. Last oil change on that car was almost two months prior. He had nothing to say when I pointed it out. Eventually, while vehicle was in their care, i came to notice that thick clouds of grayish-brown smoke was billowing out of the exhaust. Both Vladamir and owner insisted car had come in that way. There was smoke coming from exhaust but it was blue which indicated the burning of oil. Grayish brown indicated a different and much more severe issue. In short, the vehicle was in their care since Feb 2018 and I was met with nothing but disdain and disrespectful atttidude when I brought issues to their attention. The owner attempted to intimidate me in front of other customers and even called my questions stupid when they became exploratory. At several points over the last few months he would lose his temper and begin yelling when I would follow his logic and ended up confused because it didn't make sense. They both tried talking circles around me and became aggressive and upset the more sense I tried top make out of what they were telling me. It was only after Aurelis (the owner's wife) got involved that results began to occur. She insisted they were going to find the root of the problem and fix it. They found that the pistons had to be replaced and were not going to charge me for the labor. This was in the middle of March. Vehicle was not returned to me until May 15th. All the while, countless delays occurred and numerous stories were told. Per usual, the more I questioned the more attitude I received. Vehicle now runs fine and I am grateful that they did the work but the nightmare I went through and the utter unprofessional and disrespectful attitude I encountered was obviously not worth it. NOTE: I witnessed other mechanics pushing a vehicle out of a bay and the drivers side front bumper slammed into a support beam. They brushed it off and announced out loud that the car had that damage when it came in. They are opportunists, scam artists, and liars. They cut corners where they can and hope that if there's a problem with enough resistance you will go away. I've had experiences with Vladamir in the past where I've took another vehicle to him in order to fix an AC leak and all he did was refil it with Freeoon and charge me for a repair that never fixed the problem. I remember he copped the same attitude with me when I tried to follow his logic. Stay away from these guys.

One thing I like is the expertise on locating the issue. Car kept making the grinding nose that the alignment place couldn't locate and there was the issue to pulling to the left because of it...
