I recently had been having a lot of car trouble and had gone from shop to shop trying to figure out what the problem was, unfortunately nobody could figure it. I ended up going to action transmission and I'm so very glad I did they found the problem immediately and got the job done. Absolutely amazing service, was worried on pricing / service as transmission folks are abusive, but these guys are completely the opposite. They did work that would have cost $3k at Amaco, for $1.5k. The owner Les is extremely nice, honest and helpful! 150% recommended! read more

After taking it back four times they fixed my transmission. It is the third day with it since fixed and no problems as of yet. I was very unhappy with them for a long time it took way over a month yo correct problem. read more

I have to start off with a GREAT BIG THANK YOU‼ Les and Jose went over and above in the service and patience they provided. I bought my daughter a used Cabrio that ended up with quite a bit of problems and Les not only fixed it but did NOT charge me the second time around for all the hard labor they put into it. As a woman it's hard to find a place that does ANY mechanic work, without getting taken advantage of. Recently I had a great experience with Aaction Transmissions because they didn't try to push me into any other checklist of items that other places have tried to do to me. Instead they were able to pre-diagnose the problem based on my description and they were RIGHT about what the problem was! Honestly, this was pretty amazing as I know nothing about cars and could only give broad "delayed start with a vroom vroom sound" and "little engine that could feel to engaging of my clutch" descriptions. Thank you for treating me like I am a valued customer, not just the current dollar! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I took in my car in for a transmission diagnosis in Fall of 2012 that became transmission repairs that turned into a supposed rebuild. What started as a $695 job turned into an $1100 mess that still had the same problems when it came out in terms of car jerking and shifting issues as when I dropped it off! When confronted with this, the ownner (Les) tried to explain it away as being some other issues - but having checked his explanation with other mechanics, what he said was met with disbelief. DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! read more

My faithful mini van got stuck on my way o deliver my children and grandchildren to school. It sounded like it was just going to explode and would barely move change gears and move. After a tough month, this was the last thing I needed. i ended up at AAction Transmissions based on a recommendation from my husband colleagues. I drove up in tears and in a panic and met Les, the owner. He assured me that he would tell me what was going on at no fee. He and his staff comforted me (they probably thought I was loony). One of his mechanics gave me ride to a nearby car rental agency and offered to wait to see if I got a car resolved. Because I needed a vehicle prior to school dismissal. Again I cried, and this friendly gentleman treated me as if I were his relative. I herd later from Les about the issue with my transmission and how much it would cost to repair. He gave me and my husband the breakdown and told us that he was going to give us the best possible price because he knew about the recent health/job issues we had just faced. (those which I probably blurted out between panic and tears) Of course we had no choice, we went ahead with the repairs. After looking at prices online and speaking to our son and son in law about the price Les gave us, they were amazed and said we had been given an extremely good deal. The dealer would have chard us over double what Aaction Transmissions did. I got my van back just as timely as they promised. This time I was all smiles and filled with gratitude. It was so refreshing to find people like them. Kind, fair and professional. I don't ever use Yelp, but I felt compelled to review them. I am very grateful to them and for turning this terrible experience into an experience that changes your opinion about people in such a big way. Thank you Les and staff! read more

AAction overall did a good job on my truck. I'm from Palm Beach and I broke down in Miami. I called AAction and they towed my vehicle with no charge. They fixed my transmission within the end of the next day at the price I was originally quoted. Rare for a transmission shop! Anyway, the only issue was the next morning I needed to bring it back in but was only a minor adjustment. Glad I spent the night before returning to Palm Beach. Like I said at the beginning, overall I was treated professionally and my truck now runs great. read more

Worst Mechanics and thieves. They messed up my car and ripped me off. I took it to another trasmission shop and they showed me that these guys did nothing but change the fluid when they charged me for a new transmission. Be very careful. They also go buy many different names in case you try to look them up in the better business bureau. Usually the reviews they get are from their family members or their own mechanics. read more

I can't even give this business any stars honestly. ..... let me start by saying that I brought my car to these guys because my car wouldn't move even I pressed the gas whether it was in drive, reverse or any other gear for that matter and I have never been jerked around so much in my life. Les, being the owner or manager, told me that it would be a 2 day turn around on my 2004 Chevrolet impala which turned out being a 4 day process and in the mean time I was quoted an amount of $1600 and in the end when I went to pay it jumped to $1813. If that isn't bad enough about 2 and a half months later I run into the same problem that they so called fixed and now my car won't move at all because they didn't do the job right. Once again I was given the run around about call backs on progression but that was a no go and then I'm told again that it was a 2 day turn around but much like last time it's now day 3 and I'm still without my car. PLEASE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH IT ALL!!!! "0" Stars from me!!!! read more
