The man answering the call listened to my problem and said someone from TJ Miller would call me in the morning. That never happened. I called them instead and was told that I would be receiving service today. A text message was sent confirming this fact but no time frame was included. I called back and cancelled fearing the same situation would occur because they were working me into their schedule. There are plenty of of other firms that will be willing to do this inspection.

The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have.
