I would leave 0 stars if I could. The plumber said he'd be done at 7pm and I left him the key. I called 24 hours later when I was at Disney world and he was still there. Justin is his name too, unfortunately. He seemed nice, but that's creepy. Where did he sleep? The work sucked. The other guy came out and damaged my door and called me a gender slur. Updating my previous review. The gentlemen who came to our house was strongly affirming we did not have a plumbing issue. Turns out after doing some additional investigation, as curious homeowners, not certified plumbers, we DO in fact have plumbing issues. So after spending a few hundred dollars fixing our roof, since we trusted this plumbers assessment that it was NOT a plumbing issue, we were still experiencing a leak. It turns out that the vents for the sink and toilet are not properly connected, or fitted. This is NOT the work of courtesy plumbing mind you, but they failed to identify this issue, given 2 opportunities. I would also have to give some benefit of the doubt to the gentleman who came out, as this construction should have never passed inspection, and I'm sure is fairly uncommon. read more

Courtesy Plumbing was sent to my third floor condo to investigate a water leak in my downstairs neighbor condo. They were sent from the HOA, supposedly licensed and insured professionals. They spent a total of 30 minutes in my condo. Unable to find the source of the leak, the technician ( and I use the word loosely ) caulked the shower fixture labeling it as a probable cause. He did NOT even open the cabinet doors to the sink, nor even look at the water heater, water closet or any appliances. A week later I received a bill for $400.00. That comes to $800 an hour. It took THREE attempts to finally receive and Itemized bill. Still haven't heard from Mikey ( the owner of the company ) waiting for a response. I would not trust these guys to change the toilet paper roll. Best of luck with these guys. read more

I don't use Yelp much, but I have to write about this fantastic experience!! So many things I loved about Courtesy Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very quickly and they were able to come the next day. The lady over the phone had brought up cleaning the sink's aerator. I had already done that, but it's appreciated that they would ask because lesser companies might not have brought that up in order to ensure an appointment happens to get a quote in. Their onsite estimate was absolutely free. ANTHONY was wonderful and we'll definitely ask for him next time we need anything done! He took his shoes off when he came in without being asked which was very respectful of him. He diagnosed our situation and explained it to us very well. He expertly answered all of the questions we had. He even quickly looked into our sink's draining without being asked. The sink's water pressure is much better now. Anthony gave us options of what to do if the problem happens again and have us a strong recommendation on what sink to get if we need to replace the sink. After explaining the problem to Ronnie and looking at the pipes in the basement, Ronnie, who was extremely professional and kind, explained that he didn't think the problem was the drain/pipe. Our kitchen sink stopped working a couple of days ago and after failing miserably trying to self-diagnose, I went onto Yelp to find a certified plumber to come out. I called Courtesy on yesterday and they were able to promptly get someone scheduled to come out less than 24 hours later (on New Year's Eve). Had a great first experience with Courtesy Plumbing! Dishwasher wasn't working so called a technician to repair it. He had to leave it overnight to get a part. My wife went to wash dishes at the sink and water began pouring out of the cabinet underneath. Called Courtesy the next day. They gave me a two hour window to have someone out. Within 30 mins they called and asked if it was ok to have someone to arrive within 30 minutes! ?! Plumber arrived exactly on time and within minutes diagnosed the problem. Told us how to explain the problem to the dishwasher tech. Said he could make the repairs but it would be a $400-$500 job and not really necessary. Assured us it would be fine once the dishwasher repairs were done. Said he'd come right back if needed. He left and didn't charge us a thing!! Once the Dishwasher tech was finished everything worked great. No more leaks. We So appreciated the honesty of the Plummer and quick service!!!
