I am sorry but I got the worst eye brows tinting ever! They look out of shape and now I'm stuck with it for at least for some time

I got my eyebrows micro bladed for the first time, I obviously was extremely nervous about having something semi permanent done to my face but I have to say I was blown away by how Amazing Ayesha (the owner) not only listened to my wants and needs but was more than willing to go thinner on my eyebrows than she normally does because I was so nervous, She executed my eyebrows far beyond by expectations. She has such great customer service, She made me feel so comfortable, and she was so easy to talk to. I found my forever eyebrow spot! I tried to contact this place all day to inform the owners about the horrible experience I'm going through due to a wax I got at this location last night 11/13. They have yet to call me back. I went in for a wax last night and was the last wax before closing the person burned my whole right arm. I went to the dr and have 1st degree burns and have to take a antibiotic cream. I was recommended not to go to work for 48hrs and stay out of the sun until it heals. I sent the pictures to the business too and that didnt even catch their attention. read more

I have naturally thick brows and I need my brows threaded at least once a month. The brow shop I am loyal to has been closed for a while, so I have been trying out different places. I was so happy to find out via instagram this shop was open! The service was great and my brows turned out great, just how I wanted! I had a sparse spot on one of my brow tails and the woman who did my brows did a great job of doing them so that the sparseness was masked. Their COVID safety procedures in place are great! When you walk up there's a clipboard for you to sign in and they call you when to come in. I came near opening so there wasn't a wait. They have customers not touch the door, the workers do. Which is a great idea given how many germs can harbor on a door. There were two workers so only two people, on opposite sides of the room, can get their brows done at a time. Overall - this business did great following CDC guidelines and ensuring both customer and employee safety. I will definitely be back until my normal brow place opens back up. read more

Came here as a walk in on a Friday during the day, 11ish. Not busy, I was helped right away. Decor is lovely and the ladies working were friendly. The chairs are comfortable. Nazreen (spelling?!) did my eyebrows. I let them grow out, so she had her work cut out for her. She worked quickly, but she was amazingly thorough in her work. My eyebrows came out SOo clean! I've gotten my brows threaded at several different places, and this is probably the cleanest work I've seen. I'm use to seeing a super short or fine hair or two that was missed, but not this time! They also dab your brows with powder and aloe Vera to help with any irritation. Prices are also fair! $10 for brows is pretty standard. read more

I am love with this place! It's nice to see it growing and changing inside. I have been coming here almost 3 years now for brows and about a year for Brazilian waxing. Their girls are always very friendly and do a great job! The owners are super professional and make you feel welcome. However! I want to especially recognize Ayana (sorry if misspelled). She did my most recent Brazilian and she is A GEM! She is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable. I am so happy with my results and will continue to return to do service with her. BELIEVE THE HYPE! I came to this place after reading the overwhelming amount of amazing reviews and once again Yelp did not let me down. I had completely stopped going to get my brows threaded after a threading mishap at another place literally 5 minutes from Aaliyah's, but now I'm happily back to being obsessed with threading. The first time I came here Sabrah (I apologize if I misspelled your name) helped me out and she was extremely sweet. I explained to her what had happened at the other salon and how I wanted my brows to look. For those who are curious, the other place made the gap between my brows very wide and also left the ends of my brows very thin. It took me over a year to get my brows to fully grow back. I told Sabrah that I wanted my brows to remain thick but I wanted a little more shape to them. And thankfully she gave me exactly what I wanted! The second and most recent time I came in with my mom so we could get our brows threaded. My mom had never gotten her brows done at a salon so she was excited to see what they could do to her brows. I don't remember the girl's name but she was very young and soft spoken. She also did a beautiful job on my brows and managed to make my mom's brows look very soft. Both of us have amazing brows, to the point that we could get by with just using a clear Brow Gel. This most recent time I also got to meet Ayesha who was getting started on microblading on a client. She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and I love how she explains herself to potential customers. She is extremely thorough with her explanations, especially for a procedure such as microblading which I find a lot of people come in with false expectations. All I have to say is Ayesha has an amazing staff. I fully trust her and her girls with my bushy brows. read more

The service here is good but if you try to make an appointment with the owner beware she won't show up. I had a 1:30pm appointment today and she didn't arrive. I went with another staff member and she decided to roll in 23 mins late when I was almost done. The first time she was 14 mins late. Not to mention I called days ago to make an appointment but what's the point? When I arrived today 7 mins before my appointment they helped 5 walk ins before me and started me 12 mins after my appointment time. I had to cancel my appointment with someone else due to this delay. read more

Aaliyah's is such a cute place. I had never been here before and wanted to try out a new place. I've let my brows grow for way too long (3 months) and they were a hot mess going in. I went here twice to get a B******an wax when I was pregnant, and both times I did not see anyone smiling. Maybe it was the hours I went, or after lunch so they're full and not in the mood, or maybe they're like:" OMG this pregnant lady again with her huge belly in the way" LOL just kidding. Anyways, one time they only had one pillow for me to use and it was FLAT, like as if I'm not using any pillows at all. They should not wait for me to ask if I can have a couple of more pillows since I'm 8 month pregnant and yes I'm a huge preggo lady so lying flat on my bag was a challenge, so word of advise to the owner, please anticipate your customer's needs especially if they're pregnant. At least give 2 pillows if inclining their backs a little bit is not an option. read more

Ayesha is amaaazing and not just at doing her work flawlessly but as a person as well She truly cares about her clients and wants every single person to have the best results possible. I can now do my makeup (all I do is powder and blush, sometimes mascara) in FIVE minutes! I love the end result, this is after the touch up already cured! The process doesn't hurt because she makes sure to put enough numbing cream so that you are completely comfortable and if in the middle of the session if it hurts she'll stop, put more numbing cream, and wait until it takes effect. Got my brows threaded last week after not touching them in 8 months due to COVID. I wish I could remember the name of the gal that took care of me because she did such an amazing job! My brows look great and there was virtually no pain and she was so quick and efficient! Also got my brows tinted and the color was a perfect match. Absolutely love this threading spot! Their work is CONSISTENTLY on point- and that's hard to find for an eyebrow shop. Having already sparse eyebrows, I am really picky at how my brows are shaped. I try to keep them as thick as possible and SOMEHOW, the girl who did my brows made them look thicker and fuller than usual (I was floored). I was glad to find out that the ladies here understood my communicated requests AND I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. THE LADIES ARE SO NICE. I hellaaa struggle with the pain of threading. My girl kept wiping my tears in the middle of my threading hahaha and even made sure to lather the Aloe Vera once she was done. I felt like a pampered princess lol. Update**** 12/20/17 I called and spoke to the owner, Ayesha, she was very nice and asked me to give them a chance, (since the last girl that did them did not do a very good job) She was off but came in just to do my eyebrows. She slayed them! I was very happy with the result. She did my mother in law's eyebrows and she was very happy as well. I am glad she reached out to me and tried to rectify the situation because that shows they truly care about making their customer's happy. I will go back when Ayesha or Nora are working. read more

Lesson learned. I'm only going if Ayesha is there. This girl (didnt get her name because I was too pissed) f'd my brows. I said clean it up, shape it a bit and make it even. Not make it look like have patches of hair growing here and there. So thank you! I usually don't have to draw in my brows. Now I have to wake up like earlier just to fix them. And I like my sleep! UPDATE: 2 days later, there are now little specks on my right eyelid (little cuts), which has NEVER ever happened to me and I have been getting my brows threaded for years now. Hmph! I hate to write a 2 star review... but with my past few experiences I cannot keep my review at 5 stars. I have been to this salon BC it is conviently located near my house. I have been here at least 15 times and the service is inconsistent. Some of the girls are really good and some not so good. Ayesha does the best job overall.. fast, good shape and takes out hairs all the way down Nazrin- runner up for overall service Yesterday I had zundi? I think that's what her name is. She took double the time and was not friendly at all. She didn't even call me over to the seat but instead she just stared at me awkwardly till she finally waved me to sit down. The part that was actually very irritating is that one she missed quite a few hairs on my upper lip even after asking her to thread more TWICE. Second, I'm not sure if it was her technique or if she wasn't pressing down hard enough with the thread but she didn't take off my eyebrow hairs to where they were gone. Instead they looked like a plucked them. I asked her to go over it again and she said they were now too short. If I do come back it will be with Ayesha. read more

I had always waxed my brows and had never done threading. I found Aaliyah's Beauty & Brows here on Yelp, & this was the only place I found that had 5 stars and great reviews on all platforms. I am so happy I called to make an appointment with Ayesha. Her work is amazing & she's awesome! At my first appointment, she educated me on the benefits threading has vs waxing. Let's just say I will never get my brows waxed again. My brows have never been more full & they are even and defined every time! I have only gotten my brows done by Ayesha, however I recommended my mom to go here as well.
