I recently had the water pump replaced on my vehicle at Luke's Auto Shop. Unfortunately, shortly…read moreafter the repair, I discovered that a coolant hose clamp associated with the water pump had been left improperly installed. This caused coolant to leak into the engine bay and could have led to much more serious engine damage if it hadn't been caught quickly. A mistake like this is concerning because the cooling system is a critical component, and something as basic as verifying that all hose clamps are properly secured should be part of every final inspection before a vehicle is returned to the customer. That said, I also believe it's important to recognize when a business makes a genuine effort to address a problem. Once the issue was brought to the shop's attention, the service manager handled the situation professionally. While the original workmanship issue should not have occurred, he did what he could to make the situation right by listening to my concerns, arranging for the vehicle to be checked over, and working to restore my confidence in the repair. No repair shop is immune to mistakes, but how those mistakes are handled matters. In this case, the initial repair fell short of the standard I expected, but the service manager's professionalism and willingness to stand behind the work improved what could have been a much worse experience. Overall, I hope the shop strengthens its quality-control procedures to ensure critical items like coolant hose connections are verified before vehicles leave the shop. If they do, I believe they can provide a much more consistently positive customer experience.

First of all, when you set up an appointment, you can request a loaner car, so that you don't need to wait there for the car, and I didn't have to miss work. I also saw a different rep ordering someone an Uber for a different customer because who didn't have appointment so there wasn't a loaner available. Secondly, I originally went in for a transmission flush. While I was at work, I got a text and email of the inspection they had done. The inspection was really easy to read, and gave me different levels of recommendations for other things that needed to be done. Some things were urgent, and some things were needed soon, but not urgent, and there were some things that were for maintenance only. On my lunch break, I called my service rep, and he was able to talk me through all of the things on the report, and explain things to me, because I am pretty illiterate when it comes to cars. I ended up also getting my drive belt replaced as well. But my rep made sure to let me know what the price would before I decided to go through with it. At the end of my work day, I drove my loaner car back to Luke's and picked my car up, and was on my way. Overall, the inspection report, and the loaner car I think is what really separates Luke's from the rest. When I've taken my car to get an oil change or the tires replaced at other places, i've always had to wait in the lobby and its a waste of time. I lost no time with Luke's and knew exactly what was happening to my car. Take your car to Luke's if you want incredible service.

Wow, the service here is on another level! The short version - They are caring, honest, thorough,…read moreefficient, and really put clients first while communicating every step of the way. The long version - I had a bad experience at a different shop where my first call was great but my on site experience was terrible so I decided to call around. Cody answered and really set the tone for a wonderful experience. He was kind and accommodating, but I was still skeptical. So I showed up and was greeted right away even though a handful of people were already in line. As another employee walked by, he also greeted us and let us know it would be just a couple minutes. The place is bright and clean with a very comfy waiting area that includes drinks and snacks. The line moved quickly and Mike was the one who checked me in. He took the time to find out what my concerns were and asked questions to get as much info as possible for the tech. Even with other clients there, Mike gave me his full attention and didn't rush, yet everything was efficient and thorough. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and that's the vibe I get from the whole team there. I was able to take the shuttle home even though the regular driver was off that day. Curtis (an advisor) filled in and was so friendly. At this point I was still holding on to a little of that skepticism because I've been a service advisor, I've had over 100 vehicles, driven over a million miles, and had work done in at least ten different states at countless shops. I know electrical issues can be difficult and some techs just push them out the door without doing any work. Luckily that's not the case here. I got a call from the technician the same day. He explained what was going on so far, asked a couple questions, and let me know what the plan was. Again, no rushing, just kindness, caring, and good energy. I'm sorry I didn't clarify his name, I heard Muño but I could be way off. Either way, as a customer, he was one of the best technicians I've talked to. I later got a text with the inspection report. It was clear, thorough, and had videos of my vehicle along with pre recorded videos that explained some of the systems and issues. Then I get a call from Mike and we talked about how to prioritize the repairs since I'm on a budget. He didn't try to make me feel bad for not being able to get some of the work done, he didn't change his tone and rush me off the phone. He was compassionate and gave me honest feedback about which things are safety concerns and which ones I can come back for when I'm ready. I am so impressed with the whole team at this location and love the fact that everyone communicates so well. I didn't have to call them once and I was able to text if I did anything. I don't think you'll find a more caring team anywhere. I've had plenty of good advisors, good managers, and decent techs individually, but in 30 years of vehicle ownership, I have not found a place where every single person down the line held the same standard of honesty and kindness. This is now my go to shop for everything and I don't even live nearby! So if you need work, even if you're 20 miles away, this is the place you need to go!! Side note, check out their site for easy scheduling or special offers.

VERY thorough check up report on my car with pictures and videos included of any issues. Free shuttle back to your house 2 minutes after dropping off your car. Wait wait what? Amazing. They would have picked me up when my car was ready if I wanted! Christian music, the Bible and other Christian Books along with snacks, drinks for your waiting experience! Professional service and fair prices! It just doesn't get any better than this. Businesses in all verticals should take note of this company on how to run a business.
