My car had needed a tow and we usually go somewhere else that operates generally rather than…read morespecifically. The regular place quoted me very high for a water pump and radiator replacement and all the little things that go with it. A family member advised me to go to H&H for a quote and I'm tremendously glad I did. 1) The price they quoted me was over $1000 less than our regular place. 2) Their mechanic told me he couldn't find a water pump leak, I questioned that after the regular place's diagnosis. He came back and said he scoped it and there was no leak. Now the repair has decreased drastically from the regular place quote. We got our car fixed, it runs great, and at the toughest financial/mental times of our lives.. we didn't have to get a new car as we could afford to fix it. Their diligence saved us in more ways than I can thank presently. I will be calling them in the future for any needs I have before contacting our regular place that my family has used for over 20 years. H&H could have pulled one over on us and they didn't.
