Garlic naan, chicken korma, tofu and peppered chicken

Excellent service with great ambiance. Came here for a lunch date with the other half and found a hidden gem in this area. The servers were extremely attentive and checked in on us frequently. The garlic naan was paired well with the curry chicken korma, which was mildly spiced. I couldn't help but to eat the entire order of naan. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

I went here with my partner and the food was so good! I got the Chicken Fried Rice and my partner got the Chili Chicken. For drinks I got the Fresh Lime Soda and my partner got the Mango Lassi, both were extremely good! The workers were extremely nice and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food. One of the workers asked if the Lime Soda was good and another worker asked to remake it for me. I don't think anything was wrong with the Lime Soda? I think one of the workers implied it may have been made too sweet? But the Lime Soda was extremely good, nothing wrong with it. In fact when my partner and I initially tasted it we both commented on how good it was. I hope they see this review and know their food and drinks were delicious! (Sorry for talking about the Lime Soda too much). My partner and I visited on a Sunday around 4pm and it was pretty empty and the food didn't take long at all. The decor is very beautiful too. My partner and I will definitely visit this place again. Highly recommend!

Best food since we returned from India. Had pani puri, chili chicken, chili Chennai and chicken Manchow soup. Fantastic service and great ambiance to chill music and lighting. Has limited free parking. Plenty on the street free or paid.

Aanch is a great new addition to the neighborhood and I hope it stays. First and foremost, the service is great- everyone is super friendly without being overbearing. On top of that, a man who I believe was the owner (not sure) threw in an appetizer for free. Second, the place itself is really pretty and I like what they've done with the space. Third, the food itself (the most important thing haha) was awesome as well. I just wanted to try this place so I only ordered the keema naan. You have the option of either chicken or lamb- I opted for the former but will opt for the latter next time. It was very fresh and tasty plus I loved the addition of sesame seeds on top. All in all, I will definitely return to try other items like their Indo-Chinese fusion items.

The flavors are ok, the meats are little compared to the sauce amount and the rice portion is so small.

Great tasting food. Just ordered some off Uber eats--Chili Chicken, Manchow Soup, and Chinese fried rice. All really good.

The price is amazing, the portion size is fantastic, and it was delicious! Recently, we tried the weekend buffet, which was amazing and totally worth it! It's $18 per person but the selection is really great, with both vegetarian and meat dishes offered, and two dessert selections. What I love is that some of their dishes have a kick to them and feel more authentic than other Indian restaurants I've eaten at with respect to the spiciness. While I'm not a fish lover, I loved their fish pakora! It is so flavorful and super easy to overeat. While I loved all of their buffet dishes, the fish pakora and chana masala were my absolute favorites with the butter chicken and paneer tikka masala tying for 2nd. The restaurant is very large and clean, and the servers are very kind and attentive. They were constantly refilling our water and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this is a great spot for Indian food and a great Indian buffet spot. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the neighborhood.

Always good, always delicious, perpetually classy, continually evolving with new dishes and combos…read moreand the biggest smiles and warmest service everyone gets. I have been a die hard raving fan for 12 plus years, maybe 14. The lunch buffet is a daily staple and just phenomenal for the weekend price of $24.80 including tax ( drinks and tip additional). What makes Jassi's in New Hyde Park the Undisputed Champ - 1) The food - the best fried fish ( named Amritsari) that is so good, so flaky and seasoned and prepared so well that that little mint sauce and a sprinkle of lemon will make you dance.. and sing!! I did. The bread - amazing! Hot! Fresh! The biryani - cooked perfect so the spices, veggies and chicken really blend in over the 5 plus hour process. The rice pudding- the real deal. The salad bar has all the ingredients- simple but very good. The raita - yogurt with diced vegetables and a little spice is brilliant and a perfect accompaniment as a salad dressing with the tamarind sauce or on top of the Indian nachos with chips, chick peas and potatoes. 2) The service - Suman is the mainstay and superstar. Been good and really special to my family pre Covid to present day. My grandkids love his energy and his sense of humor. He is just so attentive, kind and proactive. 3) The vibe - there is an ease and relaxed mood that makes this meal and experience enjoyable. 4) The price for this quality now in almost June of 2026. 5) They are open till midnight Friday to Saturday for that late craving. The Undisputed Champ!!!!!

Thanks to Andie for introducing us to Jassi's Fine Indian Buffet, a fairly large establishment…read moreserving a decent variety of Indian dishes. Since our group was the first to arrive upon opening, it's possible that time wasn't allocated for the Chafing Dishes to fully warm all the food. I'm not a fan of hot food being served lukewarm, so that was slightly disappointing. To add to my disappointment Palak Paneer was not an option at the buffet. Something I haven't had in years. Instead, there was Shahi Paneer. This dish, also a part of the lukewarm trend, unfortunately offered dry tasting Paneer. Despite the paneer's dryness, I enjoyed the richness of the Shahi sauce. There was also Goat Curry, which turned out to be the best dish of our group as it was tender and flavorful. The freshly made Garlic Naan was a nice warm treat. Aside from a few misses for me, the seven of us getting together was a success. We ended up chatting amongst ourselves from my timings, had to be well over two and a half hours, while the inclement weather on Saturday, April 25th continued. I must add considering our long stay the staff was more than accommodating. Thank you Andie for yet another successful culinary intro. TIP: Lunch Buffet reasonably priced @ $22.00 p/p+ Small shared Parking lot

I went back for seconds (and maybe thirds!) of the palak paneer, chicken tikka masala, goat curry, chana, fresh naan, and Kerala rice. One of my favorite surprises was the moong dal payasam. It was rich, sweet, and comforting, with a porridge-like texture, raisins, and a deep caramel color from the jaggery. It reminded me of a Filipino sweet mung bean dessert, but with Indian flavors. I also ordered a mango lassi. It tasted more yogurt-forward than mango, but it was still refreshing and helped cool down the spice from some of the dishes. The restaurant was clean, and the servers were attentive, quickly refilling our water glasses and clearing plates throughout the meal. Needless to say, goodbye diet for today--this ended up being both my lunch and dinner! When you have the chance to enjoy Indian food this good, it's hard to say no. I'll definitely be back for another buffet.
